I ordered ONE trial offer of this program for my granddaughter. I received "2" confirmations. I contacted YBCR and was told I have to wait until I receive both packages, call and get a return number, pay to have it shipped back and then it will take about 30 days to do that. I did NOT get charged the trial offer, I got charged over $200 AND also a 2nd charge. I asked to have the 2nd order cancelled as it was unauthorized and was told there is no way they can cancel the order or reverse my credit card. Their customer service department is horrific. Their online customer service people are a JOKE with a capital "J". In today's economic state of affairs when a person is willing to spend their hard earned money they should expect to be scammed by the company they are purchasing a product from. Their customer service desk hung up on me TWICE! Really? Where do these people get customer service training from? They need a new plan. Do they need revenue bad enough to steal it from their customers! LOSERS!

I too was going to order baby can read - and decided not to place the order - when i returned to the webpage it said if i placed my order now they would take $10 off -- i decided not to place any order and closed my browser. The next day I received two emails saying thank for your order and they were already being shipped! I never completed my orders. NOW I have to get rma and pay to have them shipped and wait for them to credit my account! I am calling may credit card company and complaining since i never authorized the order.
