i received such a message today only with the following content :

I have opened an official claim file in your name and a Winning Certificate has been issued to you (See Attachment). The payment file has already been submitted to the paying bank (HSBC Bank London). They are responsible to pay out all the funds allocated by Microsoft for this promotion.

The HSBC Bank shall contact you for the payment. Please keep your information confidential to avoid double claim, note that if a double claim is received with the same reference number the claim will be cancelled.

Congratulations once more from the Microsoft Team
