Dealer in new delhi with inadequete infrastructure

im an ardent fan of yamaha and im pained to see the state of affairs in infrastructure and customer satisfaction.The dealer i visited, has his workshop sealed owing to MCD ceiling.the vehicles serviced are been carried out by people who do not wear uniform and i doubt untrained too in the nearby vicinity.this doubt arises from the fact that my ignition coil has become weak and iv complained that to them.they neither changed it nor checked it.after the service again i encountered the same problem.by taking it to the manger{services)Mr.Sharma, his reply was very rude and callous.these employees are creating lots of havoc in the minds of customers.this is the prime failure of yamaha to serve its customer properly unlike hero honda which is been doing a better job by sending supervisors from the company to ensure proper customer care.
i dont know where to up this matter.i have the God of bikes but corrupt priests spoiling the deity's name and glory.
