Was on the phone discussing a charge in the conversation asked johnnie to talk louder in the mic or in the phone he adjusted and said is that better i said yes it was he said ...good cause i now have it in my mouth n i am licking it for you brian i felt as though that was wrong to say asked for manager gave my complaint called today to speak to superviser and i am not getting the answers that i want can you help.
