Hello,

Respected Sir/Madam,

We have been appointed by one of the well reputed company in Dubai and provided us with the Appointment letter on 1st week of the Jan 08 and we had a written email from the company asking to resign from the current organisation in India as they were required us on an immediate basis ie 1st week of Feb.According to the email and the written communication with the Dubai based company we have resigned and later in the 1st week of march company had some management issue and informed us to look out for other option in India as the assignment got cancelled.

Now, as we had left our job trusting Dubai based company and as they came up with this nightmare news is there any way we can go legally against the company and ask for the compensation?

Please be noted:
1) We had a Appointment Letter not the Offer Letter which was signed and return to the dubai based company.
2) We had lots of email from the company which states our Visa is in Process and will it come soon till 1st week of March.
3) Dubai based company is not responding to our emails recently but they agreed on the compensation part but till now no updates on the amount.

Please help us to get some compensation or advise us how we should get the justice.

I have upheld the names of the company and also my name for the time being if required I can provide the same.

Awaiting for your immediate response as we are getting lots of financial problems and now we are not able to get any jobs.
