Renee works out of her house which was questionable for business. She said she stocks Great Lengths hair extensions which i had to go for myself to see. She did show me a couple of hair strands from the white bends that she said where the hair was stocked. After my first visit to her home I knew that you cannot
stock hair. But I knew that nobody stores hair from all the colors from Great Lengths. Maybe left over hair from other clients. Great Length's hair comes with paper around it. It has there logo on the outside of the paper. This protects the hair before you put it in your own hair which you usually do immediately upon arrival of the hair or soon after. I ask Renee about the method of payment. She wanted cash. She probably had no credit card machine. This person said she had been in business 12 years. She may have but it was unprofessional. She did not take a deposit like a professional business for the hair and for the appointment. She informed me that she had been in business for twelve years. When I tried to make an appointment Renee did not return any of my calls when I left several messages with her. When I came to her house she was doing a client and when she was done with that client I had to leave the room and go outside to my car so they could settle the payment. I do not recommend Renee for doing business with her out of her home. I think her method of business is so unprofessional.
