Terrible experience!

I called the customer support center on Christmas day when I tried to set up my son's new game system and found that the system did not work. I called and spoke to a young man who really seemed to care about what was happening and gave me a reference number so I could call back when I got my game system tested and found out what part was not working properly. When I called back, I got some lady who could hardly speak English and could not hear me for all the background noise where she was. I had to wait for about ten minutes to speak to someone, no big deal, and when I finally get someone on the phone she can't speak English and every two or three words she said " Uummm, uumm." She was no help at all. She even told me that our brand new xbox360 game system had an expired warranty. Thanks for ruining Christmas for my 8year old son. Thank God for Gamestop and people there who care. The day after Christmas Gamestop helped us get my son's game system working.
