X-box way they handle problems

I had problems from day one with this x-box doesn't work. Have the time don't want to send it back, now i just don't shut it off or it will red light. I can deal with this some what, but my problem is their billing dept at x-box live, they would rather lose consumers than help them. I recently had one of my accounts expire on x-box live, so i went to buy a 1 year go to put it in. They tell me i cant, said wanted my credit card, i said why i paid for another one year that isn't how it works. Sir so what he is saying, he wants more money off my credit card, then i can put it my 1 year. This is unreal poor kids out there, cant even play a lot of the time. I bet i am 38 years old gamer, all my life, but i think its time to say good bye to x-box and x-box live and move on to the future of gaming playstation 3 free online gaming, then i wouldn't have to worry about problems like this as well as the halo 3 map pack. Paid for it twice, they barely refunded my money for that like 6 months later or longer paid for them twice your billing dept did that, as well the sad thing about this, i regret all the people i told to get the x-box system.
