Hi, guys. I like shopping online. So it is the same with you. Last month, i came across the formal dress site, which is www.voguepromdresses.com. Their pictures are so amazing. And at that time, i just need a prom dress. And see more good reviews on them. And i plan to have a try to order one beautiful dress. But i told them when i want to get the dress. They guaranteed me well. I wait day after day. As my prom is coming soon in 4 days. I worried about it cannot arrive to me on time. But they told me do not worry. They would well make this dress and it will take a long time. I was so angry and want to cancel this order. They guaranteed me on time shipping again. I have no idea and bought a new one at my local. But the day before the prom, i got my ordered dress finally. When open the package, i was surprised. Really really more beautiful prom dress than those ones i have ever bought. Delicate hand make. It arrived on time and fit me well. Though i worried about it, it is worth waiting for such days. The dress was shipped by fast shipping. They really have much experience and advice me to make the order earlier. Great, thanks:D

I order a dress on this site and I got a email at first saying my order was prepareing but it saying it is save as a draft order! How do I find a number to contact this service? I will not lose my money over this and I want to get the dress?
I have to disagree with all the negative comments as I ordered my daughters prom dress off this website & had no problems what so ever. It was the exact same dress we'd ordered in colour, size & material. They kept me informed throughout the process & it arrived well within the time scale I gave them. All in all me & my daughter was completely satisfied. It was a risk I took but thankfully it turned out to be a successful one. 😃👍
Vogue Prom Dresses.com sent us an ill fitting dress with a stain on it 4 days late and the day before the event. I sent it back and have been promised my money back, but it has been 5 months and I see their site is down.

absolutely helpful and kind and responding immediately. The negative part was that company is not based in the UK but in China. This was not stated in the Company Info (despite 'UK' stated in their name). I live within the EU, so without knowing it, I had to clear the dresses at the Customs (almost the price of the dresses). Nonetheless, Vogue Prom made every effort to help us and covered 2/3 of the fees. If you are aware, however, of this issue, there’s nothing that should hold you back from ordering (if your order is under 150Euros or 130 USD then you probably don't need to worry). The quality of the dresses was adequate to the price, the construction was very good (it has good bust support) and the colour was just as pictured. 2 dresses were perfect size, the 3rd
slightly bigger (even though my friends measured themselves and did not order by regular size), but it is easily adjusted by a seamstress. Same goes for length, but this happens at almost every long dress I order. My dress arrived at the Greek Customs two days earlier than planned. Overall, I am happy.
I had the exact same problem! The delivery wasn't late that i noticed, but when it arrived i did not even think it would be a dress as it was in a little postage bag, inside out and folded up. I opened it up and noticed the colour was off, the beading was falling off, it was miles too big and had threads hanging off all over the place. I went and emailed them, asking about a return address as there wasn't one on the bag it came in(big surprise there) and they said i had to fill out a complaint form, which i did, and they even made me attatch photos. After they received the photos evidenttaly showing them what was wrong with it, they had the nerve to say that i could have done that to the dress myself and that they would not accept a return. They have now offered a 15% refund and me keep the dress. I have now had to pay to have it altered, which should be covered by the refund, if they actually give it to me.
Does anyone have a contact number? Also those who were promised 50% refund did you receive this?

i should have checked before ordering so the dress had very poor tailoring, loose thread, and did not loo like the picture. They offered 35% return after the 2nd email. Now they've stopped responding.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE...I ordered a dress, received it a week later than should have. considering it cost me £130 including postage it arrived in a tatty bag. It looked nothing like the picture, was a totally different colour, was a totally different style, had a whole in the underskirt and looked cheap and nasty. When complaining and asking for a refund they they offered me a 30% refund and was told that i could keep the dress. The service is shocking, the quality of product is shocking. There customer service is awful. Its a total rip off.
Do not order from this company under any circumstances. The dress my daughter ordered arrived in a size that is so small that it cannot even be zipped up. It is unlabeled, but many sizes smaller than what she ordered. They have ignored emails, never answer the phone, and the operator on the live chat stopped responding the minute I wrote that I was having a problem with an order.
Web site shows these beautiful photos of the dresses you come across in the stores that run 2-3 times the price. However, when you get the dress it is not the same quality. It is a cheap knock off from China. The quality reminds me of the knock off purses you buy in China Town in NY. I will not order from them again.
Unfortunately my experience was exactly the same. Dress arrived at the weekend, totally wrong size. No way of contacting the company other than email. They responded to say that they sent the wrong size and offered me 50% off my next order, as if! Am going to send all the documentation to the bank now in the hope of getting a charge back. wish there was some way this site could be taken down.
The website is a total scam. Ordered a dress--received a dress that was nothing like the dress depicted or described--extremely poor workmanship, cheap stiff material, color was not right, and the dress weighed a ton! An online representative finally agreed (in an online chat--they never answer the phone) to a full refund. I returned the dress via U.S. Postal Service--they claim that the Chinese Postal Service claims that the dress was delivered on or about May6, 2013. It is now August 20th--no reply from my inquiries to voguepromdress regarding the promised refund (I have the written transcript where the refund was guaranteed)! Also, not much luck getting the post office to follow up on my claim. Looks like I am out $181.10 for the dress and $71.55 for the return postage. Stay away from this company.
Ordered a dress for my daughter's prom which is this weekend. Dress arrived but the color was WAYYYY off. Photo online of dress was a butter yellow...dress arrived in ivory. Needless to say we were very unhappy. They kept trying to offer me to keep the dress...and we'll refund you 30%. Then it was keep the dress and we'll refund you 50%. I said no way...so they finally sent me a return form which I completed. Sent the dress all the way back to China...and now they're claiming they haven't received it. They won't return my messages. I'm out $247 for the dress and the $50 it cost me to ship it back. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. I will do everything in my power to let that be known at this point.
This site is a scam. Delay after delay on my dress.. Claimed it was shipping time and time again... then told me they didn't have the fabric to start with, and they'd need to remake it. Still waiting for that dress. They've stopped answering my emails, and their live chat doesn't have anyone on it ever now. Pretty much just wasted money and got nothing in return but bad english and false hopes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. It is a chinese company that scams you.
Guys, don't buy from this site! They are a very poor compagnie from China! Yes they reply to you in the begining, but after they start ignoring you. Look what happened to me. I bought a dress for the price of 270$ in a mint color. After 1 week, the price has drop to 160$. I sent them a message to be refund for the difference but they told me they could't but they could sent me an accessory that I would choose. So i chose a necklace. They told me they we're going to sent it to me with the dress. When my dress arrived, IT WAS IN A LIGHT BABY BLUE! Nothing like the mint color they put in their picture. The necklace wasn't there, but some earring very shi**y. I sent them a message and they told me in those exact same word "Colors on LCD may be little different from real colors.the color may a little difference, ".
I sent then many other messgge but I'm still waiting for their response. Oh and the dress is a very poor quality.
Go on other website! But don't order dress from them!
The person who wrote this review is someone who works for their website. You can tell because the way they type is the exact same way the person I was talking to on the supposed "live chat" was typing. Straight up fob. I just spent almost $250.00 and feel like I will regret it

Yes please. Verify to me you did recieve you're dress I'm extremely nervous and my prom is next week:/ 300$ is a lot to lose:(

So they actually sent you the dress no problem? Besides the long wait? Just trying to figure this out because I ordered a dress from this site and I'm very worried its a scam and my mom won't get her money back.
