I subscribed for the trial on the website www.tryagerenew.com. It was only one sample, but these jerks started to take money from me. I wasn’t signed for long trials and I got only one sample, but they took £90 from me and after a month they charged me again for the same sum. WTF? I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
same thing happened to me they took 67.28 of my account for a free sample the B***STADS. WHAT CAN BE DONE TO GET OUR MONEYS BACK?
Same thing happened to me. ordered the trial did not sign up for anything more and had £89 taken off my credit card. do not know how to stop any further transaction but will contact my credit card.
I am a pension I was so upset for like I understood the sample I got was free now I am 250 pounds short
I have just got my bank statement and the same as happen to me in three weeks they have taken 250 pounds
I have just had a visa bill for 89 pound i want my money back i just had a trial
I have had the same problem but i had not opened the trials so rang them up and they reassured me i would get money back so posted off products but no refund rangagain and was told to send proof of postage which i did and again still waiting for refund are all companies determined to scam the public by their "free trials" its out of order they are getting away with ROBBING INNOCENT PEOPLE.
Same here, tried calling both tryagerenew and trylumageenex. Surprise, surprise same voice and music on both answer machines.
Credit card company say they will try to help get some of the money back. Feel such a fool having fallen for such a scam.
Same thing happened to me, also other add which accompanied it GETLUMAGEX also took monies from my account. Is the USA going to do anything about this?
signed up for free trial, pay £2.99 postage, read the small print carefully, they then docked £ 63.53 off my first credit card statement so stopped it immediately. I have looked again at their advert, which I saved, and no-where are you signing up for anything else. absolute shysters, and shouldn't be allowed to advertise on Google, so why does Google let them?
