inability to do surveys
I keep on getting error codes when I have made no errors on my surveys Why is that Also when searching online reviews of this company I find that many others are complaining about this company. Either they should proceed with the opportunity to do surveys or be shut down completely. Also, I will find out who allows them to post surveys and tell them about this situation so perhaps they will shut them down. Also, I see they have a bad rating with the BBB.

I have just complteted a survey in good faith which took me nearly an Hour. After finishing with a heart felt compliment. Only to be told I failed a because of a quality control questionwhich I dont recall seeing. I am really seething cos I could have done with that pay out . I am struggling finance wise, So I CANT AFFORD TO HAVE THE RUG PULLED FROM UNDER MY FEET. NOT HAPPY, aND NOT GOOD FOR MY MEDICAL CONDITION ETC.

Below is the message you left for me on the BBB. I never got a message that you sent me one. However, I always had 40 pieces of content I counted them. You would have not given me any so called points if I would have not hounded.
I think you guys are getting to big, and not able to see who is who anymore. I was with you for years. I will not return to toluna, unless my account is established in full, from previous with the full content bonus and editors reward.
However I dont see that happening and I am ok with not being a toluna member.

survey company refusal to pay me
This company is horrible, scam. They will just close your account when you have accumulated points to cash in and blame it on fraudulent or suspicious activity on my part who is total [censor]. If you ask me it is them who are fraudulent. They paid me once and then closed my account down for no reason. Don't sign up. If you have ever had issues with this company file a complaint. Its companies like this that give trying to make a little extra money a bad name. SERIOUSLY.

I, as well as many others, have been trying to contact Tools regarding error messages we have received at the end of surveys we have completed. Unfortunately, the only contact link on your site is for registration or log in issues. How are we supposed to send you the error descriptions we were told to send you to get credited for these surveys that had an error at the completion point. Please help!

Good afternoon,
My reason for notifying you is that I am a member of Toluna US quicksurveys and when I tried redeeming my points for a PayPal reward I was not able to proceed with the process as it continously stated to "Enter a valid address" or "Select a State", when I correctly entered the required information numerous times it simply failed to allow me to continue on with the transaction. Also, the contact portion of the website is not functional. Please advise and assist as soon as possible.

Rewards that are earned
I requested my amazon gift code and I still have not received it from redeeming in February of 2017. I still not have received! I contacted them on several occasions and no response or if you get one it's the same email that keeps being generated asking you to describe the action in detail! How many emails do I have to send with detail. I want my rewards that I earned!

Blocked account
I've been a us.toluna.com user for some time now, I even cashed out one $30 paypal gift card, but with some inexplicable reason they blocked my account when I almost reached 90, 000 and tried to spend 75, 000 on an amazon.com gift card. I am not sure why they blocked my account - every time I asked them to provide a proof of me breaking the TOS they state a different reason that doesn't make sense to me. In the end they basically said that that they closed my account and forfeit my points because they can "at their sole discretion". The still haven't provided any proof or further information on how I broke the TOS and what is the actual and concrete reason that got my account closed. Naturally, I am very angry with them as I spent significant amount of time getting to almost 90, 000 points for the second time just to get that thrown away in thin air. I would suggest that, based on my experience, you stay away from this survey site if you're looking to invest your time to earn some extra cash.

Second, setting aside that I've maybe opened an account on us.toluna.com outside of US, which by the way is a terrible reason to close someone's account, have you or have you not had revenue as a result of me spending a SIGNIFICANT amount of time, time I've invested and cannot get back, completing surveys?
This is absolutely true. I am on ca.toluna.com from Canada and it is a bad experience. I am going to report them on trustpilot.comso suggest we all do this until we are satisfied.
i have the same problem. THere is always a isssue with this site i have spoken to several friends with the complaint. Trying to contact them is a joke.
They provide a lot of surveys and don't send the voucher
I found the ad on the website www.toluna.com. It was mentioned that if I made several surveys, they would provide the voucher for traveling. I filled tons of these fake surveys, but these scammers haven’t provided the voucher. As well as they promised and blah-blah. The website is real scam, so better don’t deal with them. As well as share your views about them.
Avoid this fraudulent site at all costs
I keep getting offered, say, 4, 000 points to complete a survey only to find that after entering vast amounts of personal consumer history I am being told I did not qualify for it or that my particular user group quota has already been filled. Interesting that I should be told of this sometimes three quarters of the way through for example, a 40 minute survey! Seems to me some very sneaky folk are receiving free market research which they're then selling on to relevant retailers at great cost, no doubt! I'd like to know of anyone who finds this site fair and legitimate!
