I signed up for the horizonoutlet.com posted"credit card," but this is not at all what I thought i was getting. So, i ordered this card, to my surprise, bought into a card that lets me shop at their web sight. Ok, this is not all: the stuff is literally junk. I can buy this at the dollar store if i wanted to. I was also disappointed to find out it cosed me around 75.00 to wait 2 weeks for a product that has as much use to me as a rock.

I also thought I was getting a mastercard credit card instead I got the S--- . I want my money back who do I speak to about it
I agree with everyone else regarding this fake ###, ### card or so-called credit card.It is not right and pleasse believe that these people will pay.I want my money back also and will get it if it kills me

I want my money back aswell...i totally agree with everyone this is a peice of ### that they had people fooled about...this does worth anything and all they are doing is catching us for our hard earned money. i am totally dissappointed because this card dont make no type of sense.
I was very unhappy with this card. I compliant to them about the stuff they had on the web site. I wish i wont have signed up for this. They will not close my account.On the post card they said this is a credit card worth $500.00 but it was not a credit card it was shopping card. I dont need a shopping card.

This is just plain junk. It is not a credit card and is worthless! I am sending it back it them.
i agree that i was mislead as well, thinking that this was a real credit card and it wasn't. I went online to the store and still isn't anything worth buying. When will get so Hannah Montana doll's and some game systems like the x-box 360 and the psp, can you reply back to that.
I also just got scamed by these ###! the same situation told me it was a real credit card but hell no. it was a ###ing scam. I got charged $30 and they better give it back because nthey over drew my bank account wich cost me more . we all need to report their stupid ### and sue em for everything they took and then some. we all need to go to the link for a class action suit. I am definatly going to .
When I looked at the web sight I thought that it was a desgrace. The merchandise looked like seconds or over runs from a factory. I could get this stuff from a flea market. I just my card up and figuired I'd just be out of the fee. But nooooooo they just took $ 18.00 from my cheching account a couple days ago. what con artist.
I just recieved my card in the mail, went to get the itiems i run out of between paychecks, got to the clerk and they told me it isnt a credit card, that sucks i make mimn wage and get paid every other week and this card was suppose to get me through.it is a shame that there are people out ther that can take avantage of people who dont have money on hand, they give them hope that someone was going to give them a chance.thanks for the big let down, hope you sleep at night.
This card is a scam! Who wants to purchase from a web site where the merchandise is not worth anything? The advertisement misled me. I, too, thought it was a visa or master card. I just received my card and the customer service line is closed for the day. I will call first thing tomorrow and report back. Good luck to all of us!

This card sucks ...I want my money back! I thought I was getting a regular credit card. I have had other offers such as this with a higher credit limit and I didn't take advantage of that offer, I surely don't want this offer.

Sorry I was misleaded to get this card. I thought I was going to get more choices on this card . So is there a way I can get my money back. I am more into cowboy clothing and horse tacks. I don't see any in this outlet. More of a ranching person.

ther should be a special name or catigory for cards of this nature.After all If I have a jc penny cc I know were I can use it and for a quality product. Ther should be no reason to deliberatly hold information if you believe in your product.
I cant believe i'm seeing so many complaints. I too bought a card and was led to believe that it was a real credit card. The sad thing is that this is over a year after all the complaints I read. These people are still out there stealing money from people. One positive note though, you cant get one of these cards anymore. Unfortunately I'm stuck with a card I cant use. This company needs to be turned in and all money needs to be refunded. I f I can find a way to do it, I will! I guess the only thing I can say to everybody is we all got taken and they made alot of money. I may just call my local news station and have them investigate this matter. These people are thieves and should not get away with this.

Upon reading the comments listed above, I am in TOTAL SHOCK that this company is still allowed to continue to do business as usual! I thought I was getting a "credit card" that could be used in the usual and customary way most credit cards are used...not in some "on-line" store! I am EXTREMELY angry and agree with one of the comments made earlier that this should be taken to the Better Business Bureau or even better to one of the high profile television stations or radio commentaries to broadcast far and wide the "scam" elements of this company. I too was charged a fee of $29.95 that I was not expecting until it was too late to cancel it and I DEMAND that this mony be returned to the account from which it was taken! I HAVE NOT PROCESSED MY CARD AND DO NOT INTEND TO DO SO! However, on the next business work day, I fully intend to contact the Attorney General of the state in which I live and the state of PA (as it is listed as the address where Horizon Card Services does business) as well as the Better Business Bureau of these states and lodge formal, legal complaints. Also, additional monies had better NOT be deducted from the credit card account that I originally used and the $29.95 HAD BETTER be forthcoming in an EXPEDITIOUS way and recredited to the card account. I sincerely hope that additional action will not have to be taken in order for these corrections to be made.!

I agree with everyone about this card and I want the card cancel before it gets into my account and causes me great damage to my life .I want my an account to be credited the amount they took out asap, have not used it and I won't.
I just got my card and I decided I'm not even going to use it, so I m also confused over their antics of scaming people, I will try to block the people from trying to pull money from my account.

I just recieved my card today and was very upset. How can they advertise it as a credit card when it really is not? I think we should all get together and get some kind of court action against them for false advertising or something but my luck there will be nothing we could do. This has really been a learning experience for me. And you are all right it is apeice of ###. I also want my money back.

Im so pissed off, when i applyed for this card I thought it was a real credit card. They took the money out of my account and gave me a web site to check on my account at horizongold.com. I didnt see these complaints until I got the card in the mail. Im a Twenty Three year old female with two kids ages 1 and 5. Im practially homeless with no job no thing and i thought if i got this card it would hold me off until I found a job. These people are feeding on the poor so the can get into more ###. Then if u try to call them they try to put u down saying u arent going to be nothing without this card, the girl wouldnt even give me the time or day to cancel my account on. So no this card isnt ### and these people who so call, call them selve a credit card company should be burned the who company that is cause people who really need the help well myself feel like the worlds out to get them cause they count on credit cards when they have nothing else to go to. What Im I going to do now they wont even give me my money back.
