wanted to cancel my order because it never shipped
I places an order for 2 items on march 6 2015, i checked the site on march 9 2015 to get status on my order...i wasnt shipped, i sent them an email for an update on my order, they stated my order is being processed and couldn't confirm an estimated delivery date. I told them i wanted to cancel my order and wantwd a refund, no response from the company...and i cant call them.
bad quality and ill fitting clothes
Cannot give company address as it is in Chinese on my package. The two dresses I bought which were delivered today were inferior quality and much smaller than anticipated, particularly one of them which only measured 32" across the hips despite being "Medium" size as they both were. I ordered dress from the website www.rotita.com. It was mentioned that that cotton and polyester, but when I received the dress, the fabric was awful and it wasn’t made from the cotton at all. Also the dress didn’t look the same as on the website. The seller told me that I wouldn’t get money back. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.
I have the same problem i ordered 2 dresses the material is thin cheap and nasty. Im now fighting with them for a refund I think they are shisters and fraudsters and wouldnt recommend them to anyone at all waste of space

I asked for a refund for two dresses that are smaller than any human should be. One dress is supposedly a large. They say they will happily refund but that is not true.
All I know is, If my order isn't right or if I don't get it at all I will be going to the door step of who ever scammed me. I am sorry to those that were scammed. And I appreciate those of you who told your story. Thank you for the warning.
I ordered two "High Life" jumpsuits from www.rotita.com and its been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my package. I'm mad as hell and I want my money back. Somebody better figure out how to give me my money...or we will have some legal issues. I have my confirmation number as proof of order.
Same thing happened to me. The fabric looked like it was made for a holloween costume. They should be embarrassed of the product they provide. This website is a fraud. I'm so mad. I should have read their reviews which are awful.
I had the same issue with the green coat with faux fur. It came damaged and they aren't offering a refund. Only a small credit toward my next purchase. No thanks! Never again!
seller didn't reply, but I can't return small clothes
I bought cardigan and dress from the website www.rotita.com. It was horrible, ‘coz these items were too small for me. I was surprised, ‘coz I took all measurements before I placed the order. I tried to reach the seller, but this jerk vanished somewhere and I can’t get money from them. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice.

There is no customer service - you open a ticket, you get no response... I PAID for my order - including an extra $10 for expedited shipping almost a week ago and it never shipped and all I want is a refund and so I tried for a refund and got this response "If the order is not paid, you could cancel it in user account, which is free of charge. If order paid and confirmed, we will try best to hold the shipment, meanwhile a handling fee of $3USD per piece is charged after 12 hours order placed. Please submit a ticket and complete an inquiry to cancel the order. " so now they are going to charge me a HANDLING FEE of $3.00 per item on merchandise that I never received? This is such BS! How many tickets do I have to submit to get a response?
