Hello everyone,

Please for the sake of my sanity and your wallet, NEVER use this service.

www.powerlevelings.com offered at 62 dollars to level my toon from 1-60 in 8 days.

This power leveling service is truly awful, it has taken this power leveler 3 days to get to level 8, a feat in which a child could do EASILY in an hour.

They claim to be the best and most efficient even stating on their website "100% satisfaction guranteed" Load of shit, don't buy it.

I contacted their service support... whilst they were helpful and quick, I was given several different answers. One moment my toon was level 6, then 10 back to 7 and even back to 10 again..after three days, i would of tolerated level 15 AT LEAST..level 8 is appaling.

Want the icing on the cake? I wrote a letter complaining to the "manager's" email and guess what I received back "FAILURE NOTICE" the email address does not exist, therefore with nobody to turn to i've blown up extremely pissed off.

I have used Power Leveling services before and whilst they had there problems they were never this slow or pathetic.

I have tried sending these chat copies to their paypal email, website email, manager email, and sister site email and customer service. I have tried using their express phone service. I waited the phone for a long time and have never recieved a response in email that didn't appear to be anything more than an auto reply email once. This company's only customer service is live chat and you can barely call that service... At the current pace of the lvling they would not finish for days or a week after the deadline. Yes, you must improve your service. I have given your company many chances. I do feel unsatisfied and have told you many times. You did not correct the issues. You already offered me $110 refund and I told you that is unacceptable. I have never interrupted your levelers because it impossible for me to do so. If they are on like they are supposed to and I login the game says "your account is already logged in" and will not let me log in. I verified this by going to http://realmwar.warhammeronline.com/realmwar/CharacterInfo.war?id=67785&server=229 and noticed while I tried to login to kick your leveler it would not let me in because they were on and it never kick you guys out and I continued to notice the character would get more experience. So if you do your job it is impossible for me to interrupt it. I would not try to do that anyway because I paid for this service so to save me time not for me to waste mine. Yes your operators are unable to solve anything obviously. I would love for you to continue and finish the order and give me some compensation.

Here are my ideas:

1. you refund me $147 voluntarily

2. you finish my character to 40 (with the 60 gold and the 2 mastered skills) in 7 days which is more than reasonable... and then powerlevel my lvl 17 shaman Shakuk on the same server skull throne to lvl 30
