I have tried sending these chat copies to their paypal email, website email, manager email, and sister site email and customer service. I have tried using their express phone service. I waited the phone for a long time and have never recieved a response in email that didn't appear to be anything more than an auto reply email once. This company's only customer service is live chat and you can barely call that service... At the current pace of the lvling they would not finish for days or a week after the deadline. If I knew they would not finish in the 8 days I would not have paid for the service or paid that much for it.

Yes, you must improve your service. I have given your company many chances. I do feel unsatisfied and have told you many times. You did not correct the issues. You already offered me $110 refund and I told you that is unacceptable. I have never interrupted your levelers because it impossible for me to do so. If they are on like they are supposed to and I login the game says "your account is already logged in" and will not let me log in. I verified this by going to http://realmwar.warhammeronline.com/realmwar/CharacterInfo.war?id=67785&server=229 and noticed while I tried to login to kick your leveler it would not let me in because they were on and it never kick you guys out and I continued to notice the character would get more experience. So if you do your job it is impossible for me to interrupt it. I would not try to do that anyway because I paid for this service so to save me time not for me to waste mine. Yes your operators are unable to solve anything obviously. I would love for you to continue and finish the order and give me some compensation.
Here are my ideas:
1. you refund me $147 voluntarily
2. you finish my character to 40 (with the 60 gold and the 2 mastered skills) in 7 days which is more than reasonable... and then powerlevel my lvl 17 shaman Shakuk on the same server skull throne to lvl 30
3. Or just powerlevel my shaman to lvl 40 and the magus to lvl 30
This dispute will not be canceled unless you reply accepting my terms. This dispute means nothing until either of us escalate it to a claim through payoal.

The dispute will not be canceled until you issue the refund of $147. The dispute is just a copy of our dealings.
Just like when I order from you you do not start my order until you have verified that the charge has gone through. I do not cancel the dispute till you I confirm you have issued the refund.
