got a pop up message about my norton renewal to which i replied giving my credit card details, thinking i was paying my yearly renewal for norton security, now i have been billed for both.

I was wrongly billed $42.39 on my Visa for 8/14/08 for Norton Annual renewal, Order # VAB14875103, product serial #GV73H8HVXH4B that I never received because it was an older version than what I was using.

However, I called support Tech. and she KINDLY walked me through downloading the Norton Internet Security 2008 version that I was already using on 8/16/08 the Serial # W97Y6WFPBFHM...Product Key # JG2HD4R3GRMM9KTQ7JJMWVD43 for $ 49.99.

I called Customer Service at VISA. I was wondering how you could disregard the bill of $42.99 on my credit card ????????
