Yes, I did order the tea and I've paid for it. I, however did not subscribe to "livelifelean", which I am being charged on my Visa 21.16 per month. This is a scam, beware. How do you get out of a situation like this???

I ordered the WI-YI source tea and am also being charged the livelifelean fee!!!

Very unhappy and disapointed. Love the tea hate the fact they are ripping us off.

I, too have asked that all orders be cancelled. I have not used the tea and is constantly being billed for both items the tea and liveleanlife items. What is the Liveleanlife item anyway? Again I would like to cancel both orders; the tea and livelifelean.
I AM REQUESTING THAT YOUR COMPANY STOP WITHDRAWING NOW AND ALL FUTURE WiTHDRAWALS FROM MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY.

I too am getting charged for Live life lean, I never ordered it, and canceled the tea 3 months ago . and wiu tea told me they were canceling my account then... I do not want to see another withdrawal on my account...Will stop at bank also...

I also have been charged 3 X $19.95 on my bank statements. I did order the wu wi tea. I didn't sign up for anything else. I did cancel the order when they sent the next box of three. I sent the three boxes back and got a refund for the tea. I told them to make sure and cancel the wu wi tea and to make sure I was not signed up for anything else, the livelifelean! But livelifelean.net still is charging my account every month. I called this number 1-800-480-8363. I talked to a customer service rep. told her I wanted to stop. She took some info. from me and said that I didn't have an account with them, I gave her more info. then all of a sudden I was a customer of theirs. I told her that I wanted all the money back that they had taken from my account. She offered to give me $19.95 and cancel my account. I said NO! I want all the money that you have deducted from my account. She said she would have to get her supervisor, I said do it. I talked with him. Told him this whole story, he offered the same thing as she had. I said NO AGAIN! I told him I wanted all the money 3 X $19.95 and I wanted it taken care of right now, today. He siad ok... I have a conformation # and he said my account would be credited 3 times in the amount of $19.95, ( like I had demanded), he said I should see it on next months statement. I better see it.
Go after them, don't give up! It's your money!

Why is everything always a scam, people even said it would end this way, even so i ordered the tea thats OK and now there are these charges from LiveLifeLean.net, and if this is a means to have it stopped then, , , STOP TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT/CARD, , YOU are NOT {NOT} Authorized to do so, I never gave permission nor ever wanted NEVER ending payments from something I don't even have or want.I will be calling the number above as well. STOP.

I just got off the phone woth live life lean people and asked them why their charging me this fee of 19.95 of something I have used since Jan. I returneed all the tea within the time frame and still be charged. Boy people can really make you upset when you return things in the time frame and they don't keep thei end of the deal. Anyway I spoke to this person and said I want to have it creadited off my card and to cancell all live life lean scams, she want on to say something and I cut her off and told her that she isn't listening to me that I want it taken care off now, again she want on to say well you I cut her off again and said to her that I haven't used the tea since Jan and in fact I returned all the tea well within the time frame. She said that there would be no more charges from Live Life Lean again and I said what about this charge that on there now? I told no I demanded that she refund my card that 19.95 thats on there now as well. I also told her that if it wasn't done already when i rreturned the tea back in Jan to cancell all charges and products from anyone that has to do with your company or the tea or I would call the BBB and get an attorney involved. She then said that she would refund my 19.95 that on my card and cancell all products and charges from the live life lean. I said I wanted something sent to me in writing that it was done. She said shse would sent it to me by e-mail. I told her I better get something today from her that this was taken care of. I got an confrimation number and I just checked my e-mail, still no letter. I know i sound bitchy, but when people tell you that their going to do something and they don't really get to me. This is the second time thes people pissed me off. Next step the attorney!

This company is a huge scam. I never signed up for liveleanlife in the first place and when i got charged I called them and canceled my subscription. They would give me the money back but I just wanted out. They said I was done and I wouldn't be charged again but then weeks later I was charged for another 22 dollars.

I can't afford this. I dont know what to do or how to deal with this. Im thinking of just canceling my credit card.

I canceled my account with Wu Yi on Aug 25-08 and was still getting billed by Living Lean 19.95 a month. Well I just got off the phone with them, and they told me just because I canceled my account with Wu Yi Doesn't mean it is canceled with them.They said they would cancel and stop ripping me off we'll have to wait and see.There # is 800-273-7813. Funny when I opened my account with Wu Yi, I automatically opened an account with Living Lean, I guess it does not count for cancellations.
