Do not deal with ImbuyGold, they are scammers!
Purchased some gold from www.imbuygold.com website and never received it. Was supposed to get it the same day, but even a week later there was no gold. I tried to contact their customer service but they ignored me and never replied. Then I contacted PayPal (glad I used them) and opened a dispute against ImbuyGold. Only after that they finally contacted me and said they'll give my money back if I'll remove the dispute. I refused. Thanks to PayPal I got my money back! Do not deal with ImbuyGold, they are scammers!

This company keeps telling me 20 minutes, 10 minutes I have been standing in Org for and hour and a half then they just quit responding to my messages. The statistics on their website is totally FALSE. I would not buy anything from this company. It seems they have stolen my money because they keep giving me the run around about when i will get what i purchased. Let this be a lesson learned for any future costumers. Don't go through what I've been through. Find another company.

As you see this is the customer service that is sooooooooooooooooooooo helpful in all your concerns. BEFORE I bought anything I asked them if they had the gold in stock and they said yes. I ordered this yesterday and still have not recieved it. They told me my order was ready TWICE and when i logged in...nothing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I lost $50.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My order was confirmed 8/4/12. They told me my service would not be ready for hours, then days...etc. I finally demanded a refund and they said it would take 5-7 days. I waited, and my money was never refunded. So I contacted them again and they told me they had never set up a refund for me. I had to argue with them for at least 30 min. while they begged me to accept their service. Then finally they said they would give me a refund. Of course I never go it, so I opened a dispute. Sadly since I had purchased a digital item, the disputed closed in the sellers favor. They said all I had to do was contact them and I would get my purchase. So I did and now they are just giving me excuses again and telling me my service isn't ready. So after 43 days they still will not give me what I paid for or a refund. All they want is your money. They don't care about customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Company is terrible at customer service and the information on the website does not represent accurate delivery. If you need to dispute the charges do it within the window defined by paypal or they will just keep your money.
Placed order Nov 11th. it has now been 47 days and I can't get them to fill my order or refund money. They are complete thieves.

They must have their complaints coded to shortcuts. The same has happened to me. Today, I got a new one from them, they showed me the gold, then stated that i must close my dispute first. NO WAY that was gonne happen, especially since I have seen this complaint and others. One did close their complaint and still got nothing. DONT utilize this company or service...empty promises is all your will receive
