You cannot trust thetop10webdesigners.net. The review chart is owned and operated by http://www.imagination3dart.net/ and Imaginationshorts.com which is also the number one site on the review chart. As a previous client, I can tell you that their work is of very poor quality and they take over two weeks before even calling me back. Furthermore, their people are all outsourced to third world countries who don't even understand what you have to say. Beware of them Do not pay by check like I did. Make sure you use credit card for your own protection
