There is this option on the site's front page that you can choose if you don't want to receive the Identity Theft Protection Plan. It would've saved you a lot of time and money if you just read carefully.

i was charged 31.98 to my checking account unauthorized...which also charged my account a 20.00 NSF my cacellation confirmation is 2369244...I did not sign up for this protection and I am asking for a full refund of the 31.98 and the fee of 20.00 immediately to my account...
I will follow up on this and if not taken care of I will take necessary further actions.

I am all ready paying for this service through another company theres no reason why I would pay more money for the same thing. I had no idea this 31.98 was going to come out of my account so not only did I pay for this service but I also incurred a NSF due to this company so anyone I come acrossI will make sure I tell them to watch out for IDPOCS because they will end up making things worse!!! So I'm out $31.98 and another $33.00 the bank charged me due to the fact that I had no idea IDPROCS were taking money out so thank you.
In saying all of that I would like my 31.98 put back into my account and I would also like to see if I can get some if not all of my 33.00 overdraft I was charged this was a new account and I han't done anything with it until today when I go try to deposit 100.00 they tell me i'm in the negative 65.00 due to ID theft and I'm like the F*** theres no way because I haven't okay no ID theft I have bad a** credit who wants to steal my like or walk ! day in it.that 65.00 was food for me and my autistic son to eat for the week now I don't know what we are going to do .I would like my refund to be put back into my account and a my confirmation #2354268 04/18/08 the sooner the better
