I had made a stop payment on idthecs.com and now they have switched to idprocs.com. How do i stop these people from taking money from my account?

They're only taking money from your account because you authorized them to do so. Check the site again if you must. It's stated there clearly what the transactions are for.

The company is taking money from your account because it's part of their ID theft protection plan terms and conditions. Since you agreed to it, I think they have every right to withdraw from your account. So the next time you enter such a deal, reading the company's terms will do you some good.
