They took out money from my checking account with out my ok three times.$31.98 each time with over drafts $250.00 total. These people need to be stopped and prosecuted. Its causing a lot of problems with our account.it started out with trying to get a loan on the internet.

I don't know about you guys, but I read the terms and conditions carefully and I think it suits me well so I signed up for the deal. Now I have no complaints whatsoever. It pays a lot to read, you know. I don't see any reason why you weren't able to see the disclaimer. I mean, it was on the first page and it's so easy to notice it. Now don't go around blaming the company for your own mistakes.

When you apply for a loan, you usually read the terms and conditions first, right? So what I don't really get is why a lot of you think you've been scammed when what just happened is a bad case of carelessness on your part. You didn't read carefully or you didn't read at all. That's just it.
