Honestly, did you guys read the disclaimer and the terms and conditions? How could you miss all the important stuff? You have the choice not to get the ID Theft Protection Plan. It's another option. If you just read, you wouldn't have to go through all these troubles. Hope you learn something from this.
Your company took money out of my account without my concent. As a result of those transactions, my bill was unable to get paid. As of today, my bill is considered "LATE" and I'm being charged late fees. This is making my credit look bad and ruining my reputation with this company. This is also causing this company to question my character. Could you please transfer my funds back into my account, and canceal future accounts with me.
