Withdrawing funds from my acct. unauthorized!

I have been getting $31.98 withdrawn from my banking acct. for 2 months now. I've never signed up for this. and i didn't even know who these people were until i called the # from my banking statement... they also give an email address... idprocs.com 18668861277 and idthecs.com 18668661277.

My account was charged $31.98 for ID Thief protection that I did'nt authorize. I went on line and request a refund and they claim it takes 72 hour for them to determine if they would refund you funds or not, even tho it took minutes to withdraw your money. This is thief, deception, and fraud for applying for a loan. When you call and talk to a rep they say they have procedures for returing you money, but none for withdrawing your money You have to be on hold for ever.

I don't get why you people don't know what you're getting yourselves into. You simply sign up for a deal without having the slightest idea what the transactions are. And now you're claiming that it's a scam? You should own up to your own mistake. You've been careless, that's all. The company has nothing to do with it.

It's obvious who's at fault here. The site has the terms and conditions in it. You can't simply miss it because it's on the first page. HOnestly, you guys just have to read.
