Be aware! Well, they are not only scams, they steal papers from the students and when you ask them to remove the text from their website, they simply play for time, all agents tell you the different things, although you have provided enough proofs for the removal. They will simply destroy your life and will keep ignoring your emails. I sent them all the proofs, the support team is also unhelpful, they only keep promising that the case will be resolved, although nothing is happening.

It seems like their writers are not English native speakers. When I received my paper there were many mistakes and half of the paper was just a plagiarism! FreshEssays writers don't really care about their clients, they think that writing at least something is enough. I ended up paying more money and ordered an essay from another company. I have used the website www.freshessays.com, but I won’t recommend it to other people. I ordered two essays from them and it was easy to order them through the website. So weird to read this about freshessays.com. I had similar situation but they made the changes I required. I just try think of why you were refused to have changes in your work. Maybe it's all about the situations. In my case the writer was wrong and was happy to make necessary corrections. Maybe you had a little bit different situation, cause I think they're glad to make changes if it's their fault to make their customers absolutely satisfied. I'm the one of the kind :)
Problems with placing the order and still no info from the seller

I have placed a lot of orders with freshessays.com before and I have never had any problems with placing an order and with paying for it.
If you still cannot understand whether you have paid for it or not, I can advise you to options: you can call your bank and ask about recent transactions or you can talk to customer support via online chat (this is really fast and easy method of communication with support).
