Would like to raise a complaint for an order I placed of 2 items (1 orchid bouquet and 1 notebook) through Richa - she chose 2 different addresses by mistake.
Order no: 23982912
Recipient: Kamalika Sengupta
Richa placed the order for me while I was on call, and put 2 different addresses for the 2 items (one in Kolkata & one in Mumbai) - though I told her to use the Mumbai one clearly.
The Kolkata address was an old address saved and that's useless - so the item that got delivered there was a waste of my money.
I called FnP customer care 5 times yesterday and every time a different person picked up and assured me that a request has been raised and that I will get a call-back from a senior within 1-2 hours. But that never happened.
I have gotten zero support from the FnP team so far on actually course-correcting this. Can you please help me with this?
I've been using FnP for a long time now and I really expect better customer support from you. I am tired of trying to get my money's worth - which is the bare minimum.

Booked an order for deliver at giri ngr b’luru on 06.03.21 (8.00 am - 3.00 pm)
Booked an order for delivery at Giri Nagar, Bangalore. On 06.03.2021 between 8.00 am to 3.00 pm. Recd a msg delivered app at 12.15 (noon), Recd a call for B'lore for delivery boy seeking PH no of beneficiary at 1.15 pm approx and confirmed could not deliver add untraceable. Till 3.00 pm communicated at no's [protected] with Swati - disconnected call, [protected]/[protected] with Mr. Jay as informed bouquet could not be delivered by 3.00 pl citing useless and hope less narratives. I requested to cancel the order, register my complaint and refund the remitted amount.
Dealings of call attendants Eso Swati who disconnected call is disappointing. Mr. Jay tried to convince me like a parrot citing difficulty and was informing bouquet will be delivered bet 3.00 to 6.00 which I did not approve as nobody will be available in the address by that time. The whole purpose was defeated because of its non delivery within the time, hence cancel the order and refund the amount immediately, failing which legal action will be initiated. Further, in the same add Giri Nagar F&P have earlier made delivery also, how they can tell add is not traceable.
Payment taken but no service provided
I won't sifgest anyone to buy from fnp as i was planning to get flower delivery for my parents.the payment was successful..recvd mail and msg from my bank even transaction id ...shared all of that with fnp team...they are saying payment not done...after multiple mails even with all tranzaction details they are just sending one mail again and again with a link to pay them again...wat the hell...nd while calling at their customer centre...they are ignoring calls...promised 7-8 tomes to call bl but no call received...when i refuse to wait and asked to hamd phone to any senion...they just placed mh call on hold for arnd 20 minute...i had to disconnect...pathetic site...worthless people...they should be ashamed...they are vetting order in this corona time but they are doing fraudulent things with customer...disgusting company

I had ordered a cake on 03jan to be delivered on 05jan between 07 — 0900. Firstly I get a message that door is locked which is not true.
I then speak to one of you representatives kusum who promised that this would be taken care. At 4 pm I get an sms & call that the cake has been delivered (not delivered so far). Why do they give wrong info. I have been your customer for more than 5 years.
Didnt have any problems in the past.
I have now complaint to another representative.

International order for rakhi. Not received! No refund!
BIG NO! Looks like a fraudulent website. I am not sure if they have any real company rather than just web site and bunch of call center guys. I have given a order (Order no. [protected]) and from last 3 weeks they are simply giving some reason for delayed. Till date I have to received the order. No refund either!
It there any way to raise a customer/police complain on them?

On 31st july 2020, I was planning to send rakhi to my brother through ferns n petals. The total was 408 and I paid through paytm. The amount has been deducted from my account, even I have a proof which I got from paytm. As soon as I paid for it, I thought I would receive an confirmation email or text, but sadly I didn't receive that also then I check my account in fnp. The status was waiting. The order id is 17582096. It was supposed to reach today, i.e, 1st august 2020. I have been trying to reach them through their customer care number. 10 mins on the call, still got no reply. I was using it for the first time, and now everytime I generate a complain ticket, they close it without solving my issue. I feel so sad and irritated at the same time. This is not done. Please help me out.

Dated 07.03.2020, 12:00 pm- i have made payment again of 1118 Rs on against of msg received from FNP that payment got declined.
At last from my pocket, payment has been deducted two times.i have filed a complaint against fnp to credit my second time payment for the same order. They refused to give and said only sorry for technical issues. I have refused to recieve the same cake on second time. Their delivery boy didn't agreed and gave second cake. Customer guy from FNP, name YATIN KUMAR called and said just sorry for the issue, 1100 rs is not small amount ..i told him to call for Manager... He clearly said he can not give my call to his senior...
This is so embarrassed ...how can one trust on these online deliveries..its pain .. why should i take their mistakes on my pocket...

I had ordered cake yesterday with the order number [protected] in India costing Rs 550. I received the cake after the designated time of 3.00 pm and when I opened it there was this pathetic cake messages smeared over it. The local vendor had no information about the order till 11.30 in the morning. The FnP give the orders to local vendors and unbranded bakeries deliver it.
I am so sad on this day I could not wish my friendDr. Arti Gupta on her doctorate award as the message on the cake was "Congrats Dr.Arti Gupta". (See the photo attached and understand how bad it feels to open it in front of everybody).
I condemn such poor service quality. I will never order from this so-called reputed website. Also, I wish to suggest my friends to refrain from such malpractices and not to order anything from Fernsnpetals.
I want my refund.
flowers and cake not delivered from last two orders
Dear All,
I am writing this review from Doha-Qatar, Please don't book the Cake or flowers from FNP, before they worked well but now they are popular so they making the public fool.
From last two orders, I experienced that they deliver only the Teddy, Mug, Pillow cover but for flowers and cake they said address not found with excuse that this is the perishable product and money is not returnable.
How is it possible that from one order they deliver two items but for cake or flowers ..they not found the address.
Don't waste the money with FNP, They don't care about customer feelings and eat the cake.
payment/refund not received and order has not been delivered
I have order one Rakhi to Melbourne on FNP on 17 August 18. It is supposed to be delivered on 26th AUG, Its showing that they attempted delivery on 27th of this month on the portal. But till now the order has not been delivered and they are also not refunding the Amount. Now they are saying In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible.
Even thought recipient details are correct and they didn't even attempted to call him.
Please help!
it's a scam
I'm from the US but had to visit India during my business trip along with my wife, I took her with me. being at work I decided to make her smile and to send her flowers. Used their service for that. Ordered beautiful flowers and was fully charged. The flowers were never delivered. I tried to contact them, but no one responded. Is it some sort of scam of what?
Payment not received and worst service

This is one of the worst service I have ever came across, I have placed the order on FNP for my wife's Birthday. The delivery should be on 3rd, On 3rd at 7.00 pm they said sorry they cant deliver the order and today is aug31st up to now I am due in getting my refund.
1) they ruined my wishes, they charge me extra for the offsite delivery.
2)they don't mind even to inform up to the last minute
3)they didn't give me my refund and keep us wait for almost 1hr every time u call the customer call. and that is the worst part, lot of people will be talking backside and cracking jokes.I thought there call center is in some fish market.
Ferns N Petals is not to be trusted!
I have ordered a cake and some roses from www.fnp.com as a birthday present for my mother. Before placing my order I contacted Ferns N Petals customer service and asked them will they be able to deliver on a specific date and the answer was yes.
On the estimated date nothing arrived and no matter how many times I've tried I was not able to contact these guys. They called me several days later and said that my order was on its way. I asked them to cancel it but they said no and refused to refund me!

Awful service!
I was using Ferns n Petals services for over two years now and never had any issues. Flowers were always delivered on time. This year I ordered some flowers to the same address and they kept saying that the address was wrong. I contacted customer service many times and their reps keep telling m that they will contact me and matter will be resolved. They never called or emailed me! I can't even talk to a manager! I think they just want to keep the money. I'll never order anything from them again! And I will tell my friends and family about this nasty scam company! Avoid!
They took fake charge from me every month
The worst company I have ever used before. I ordered flowers from www.fnp.com, but they only charged me on time. They haven’t provided the flowers and ignored all my emails and questions. As well as they continued to take money from me every month. I was shocked and checked their website, and it turned out that they automatically subscribed me for their services and therefore they took money. Real scam, because they did it without my notice.
They haven't delivered my flowers
Don’t waste your money on the website www.fnp.com. I have ordered flowers from the website and it was real nightmare. They simply provided the wrong date of the delivery and asked me to wait, but when I haven’t received the flowers I immediately contacted them. But the rep started to tell some nonsense and told to wait. I explained him that I didn’t need their flowers already, but they didn’t care and hadn’t returned money back. Don’t deal with these dishonest people.
product quality inconsistent with advertised
Had ordered a personalized lamp which I found as one of the unique and beautiful product on your web. Unfortunately the final product sent to my niece with message didn't appear good at all. Although there wasn't any issue with the lamp but the way message was printed (uppercase, big font size)spoiled the whole thing. Â I am attaching the pic of original product advertised on your website and the one which was delivered to me.
Also the chocolate vask was sent without the decorative berries advertised. It is really sad that I dint had pleasant experience just because of this small issue.
I am freaking online shopper and believes in providing feedback. Â I hope my voice is heard.
Awful bouquet and old cake
I ordered bouquet and cake from the company www.fnp.com. The company is real, ‘coz the provided old and horrible cake, as well as the bouquet looked old and was gaudy. I didn’t like the services and provided stuff; therefore I decided to provide such negative review. Please, share your info and comments about the company.
They delivered horrible flowers and cake
We ordered two bouquets and cake from the website www.fnp.com. The cake was awful and old. These two bouquets also looked horrible and flowers didn’t smell at all. We were disappointed in the services and quality of the provided stuff, so better avoid them. As well as place comments about them. It might be very useful info for other people.
