www.flycheapest.co.uk Flight Tickets Never Received

Booked my tickets to go back home with them and never received a confirmed E-ticket. I was initially told that this would be delivered within 48 - 72 hours but it took over a week and was never delivered, despite constantly chasing them every day. I kept getting responses in the form of, "don't worry, it is in the queue". Finally I was told about a week later that the ticket has been taken out of queue and that the airline is overbooked therefore they do not want to book me on that flight. They gave me another option whicyh was £100 more than what I initially paid and when I categorically refused and had an argument with them they went back to trying to get my original itinerary booked. It has been 3 days since then and I still have not heard on whether the original tickets have been booked and now when I asked for a refund they have told me that it would take 72 hours further. They also constantly tried to dissuade me from getting a refund while offering me no updates on my ticket. Throughout the experience, I was not contacted by any supervisors, the agent I was speaking to 'Rachael' mentioned that there was some manager who was trying to sort out the tickets and that he would speak to me but I have not heard from him and whenever I have tried to get in touch with them myself this manager has not been available. The agent and the manager both have refused to call me despite my repeated requests and the whole experience has been very shady and con like. The business of this website is to con people of their money and not give any response to phone calls and respond to emails without an apology. I still have not received a formal apology from them for making me wait 12 days, after having made the full payment, without an e-ticket and then eventually not even apologizing for this. i my self book flight with this service and i will never be doing it againe please read this before you book thay are just out to get your money when thay have it thay dont wont to know you when your holiday comes round you always waiting for your boreding passers if you have book as a family beaware you wont all be sat together .And if you have someone disabled with you it still would not matter to them thay are just one BIG CON DONT BOOK WITH FLYCHEAPEST .COMyou be rip off or you could be left stranded 31/10/2016

To be honest first time i tried them it was a nice service everything went smoothly and in the second time they messed it up! I am now using directoflight.com service they are the best!

www.flycheapest.co.uk Bought flight tickets that never arrived

If you’re looking for appalling customer service, continual deception, obstructive behaviour, a litany of excuses, unanswered emails and long line of promises to return calls never being kept, then flycheapest.co.uk is probably the travel company you’re looking for. They also specialise in invisible tickets after making their customers think they have a confirmed booking and after having paid a very large amount of money. In my own experience, the tickets didn’t exist in the first place.

Flycheapest have large credit card fees, and indeed even charge for using a debit card. This inevitably funnels people towards using a direct money transfer from bank-to-bank. However, I would STRONGLY urge anyone using flycheapest to resist going down this route. First-off, you have no viable method of compensation in the event of a problem. A credit card company will take up the fight for you and refund you in full should you not receive what you have paid for; it will also doubtlessly lead to bad companies eventually losing their credit card facilities. The main thing, though, from the customer’s point of view, is that you will hand over a large sum of money with no guarantee of ever getting anything back in return. I personally am now fighting to get my money back from www.flycheapest.co.uk but am currently out-of-pocket by nearly £3, 000.

www.flycheapest.co.uk are not members of ABTA and so you have little or no redress should they fail to provide you with flight tickets. Their parent company, World Reisen Ltd of Uxbridge, are listed as members of ATOL. However, it is not clear whether flight tickets booked through flycheapest are protected through ATOL or not. If using this company, I again strongly advise that you check and receive full verification that your flight ticket will indeed be protected by ATOL before you pay them anything. You also need to understand what that protection means in real terms.

My personal experience with www.flycheapest.co.uk is just about the worst service I have ever received from any company anywhere in the world. The lack of honesty is the main real problem with them. They have continued to lie to me beyond reason and my money has disappeared.

But the only travel that flycheapest seem interested in is "flying by the seat of their pants". They don’t treat their customers properly, and look to take potential customer's money without having tickets available.

There are so many travel companies figthing for business, and so my advice to all customers out there is to choose a company who will treat you properly and who will provide what you have paid for. Unfortunately www.flycheapest.co.uk is just not one of these companies.
