My 12 year old daughter has a new ipod and was trying to sign up with itune only for me to recieve an email informing me that i have been billed a grand total of £78.72.
I will seek legal action if this is taken out of my account and refunded within a few days.
Any member can cancel their account at anytime, members are also eligible for a refund if their account is with in the trial period which is clearly stated during the sign up process as well as in the Terms and Conditions which you must read and agree to before submitting your order.
