I bought a pair of shoes. The size was 41 (black shoes as attached) which normally fits my feet. It was smaller so I ordered another bigger pair of shoes 42 (brown shoes as attached). However, I could not fit the size 42 at all. I contacted them and explained the issue. They didn’t take any responsibility for their mistakes and I had to pay a lot of money to return the shoes. Never going to buy this anymore and I strongly don’t recommend it.

I have requested for cancellation of my shoes which is in under cancellation policy bt seller /customer exicutibe didnt respond... Verry bad customer service... I neeed my money back

Ordered shoes from them that then took over a month to supposedly reach my city and due to ridiculous amout of time it took to ship them, they became lost and I never received them. Contacted Chamaripa shoes and they were completely unhelpful. Basically told me "oh well, guess your out your money". They have terrible customer service and no purchase protection.

I placed an order for shoes. 3 pair at $450. I shipped back because they were the wrong size. Since then, I got no order back and I spent $497 to ship them back. They said if I closed my PayPal case I would get my order or my money back. That was a lie. I'm not sure how they decide who to target. They placed an unauthorized withdrawal of my PayPal for almost $400 again. I guess China doesn't care about customers. This has been going on since September of 2019. I can't get anyone at Sophia Champira shoes to even acknowledge that I am texting and emailing. If anyone has any ideas or knowledge about this, please post. I guess it is too much to ask to at least get the merchandise you paid for.

I can't get in touch with anyone. I spent $400 in shoes and I just want to exchange for a bigger size. I have tried to call, email, and chat. The required online registration in order to do exchanges or refunds does not work. It won't let you put in your email, which is required. I have spent 2 1/2 weeks trying to get the right size for my son. I emailed sophia@chamaripashoes.com. Order #[protected]. I texted several phone numbers. The international phone numbers don't work. Chamaripa shoes is a scam site. On the surface, it presents itself as seemingly legit, legal business.
But behind the scenes, they engage in credit card fraud with customer information. Be very wary.
They intentionally send the wrong item, in effort to confirm your mailing address.
Once delivery is confirmed, they get to work on using your credit card information to make unauthorized purchases at other businesses, online and offline.
Be very careful of this company. Very serious scammers.

I wasn’t happy after I have purchased from www.chamaripashoes.com. I bought shoes, but the seller provided the shoe of different sizes. I spoke with him and he wasn’t polite and almost yelled at me, but he agreed to change the shoes. I returned these shoes 3 weeks ago, but the seller didn’t inform me that the new pair was sent. He kept silence and really irritated me, because I needed to call him, but he was impolite with me and it was the last time, when I purchased from this company.

My friend and I ordered two pairs of heels from the company www.chamaripashoes.com. We received the heels today, but the company mixed the order and delivered wrong size and my heels were for one leg. I was so upset and we returned the heels back. As well as we paid for the return postage, but the seller still hasn’t compensated it. I didn’t like the situation and how they treated their customers.

I left bad review on the website, but the seller deleted it and didn’t react to my emails. I only want money back, because I think that such shoes don’t cost such sum. Please, be careful and better find another website with shoes.

I bought one pair of shoes from the company www.chamaripashoes.com. I bought size US 5, but these scammers sent me size US7. Of course, it didn’t fit me, so I returned the purchase back. After that I received the email from the seller, who told me that they would change the shoes and sent it to me within 2 days. After that no news from the seller and still no delivery of the order. This seller is liar.
