www.claimyourvisacards.com ripped me off. i recieved 2 $ 500 cards for purchasing two cars for my daughters. this company refused to pay me for the gas i purchased ( i. e. $ 25 per month x2=$100). they took my $ 9.95 phony registration fees and pocketed it. i think they have done this to a large number of people. i filled a complaint with many govenment agencies including the bbb, attorny's general office, dept. of corporations, postmaster general. this company is run by two individuals STEVEN HOROTIZ & GENE VINNYKOV. TWO SCAM ARTISTS. the only langauge they understand is their pocket book. I WOULD LIKE TO GET ABUNCH OF PEOPLE WHO WERE RIPPED BY THOSE TWO INDIVIDUALS TO JOIN ME ( IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUITE) IN EXPLORING THE VENUE TO FILE A MULTIMILLION DOLLAR IN PUNITIVE DAMAGES LAWSUITE .

What bank's name is on the back of the card you were given?

You did right to complain to the Attorney General's Office in your state, but until many people complain about this exact same company, they will not be able to do anything. The same thing for the BBB. I have found this out the hard way.

Since this involved some kind of a debit or credit card, I think from what you wrote above, but I may be wrong, please also contact:

I have a customer complaint about Meta Bank. They give very poor service. No one should use this bank.

If you have a complaint, I called that insurance company! (Thanks yellowsun). They are owned by AIG (you know, the one we all own now). Send all info you have (copy of voucher, check, contact info, etc.) to

I would join you. Maaco sold me this as an incentive for a paint job on my 2008 highlander. Here is the deal. They gave me one for food and one for gas. This is total BS. I have wasted so much time and feel completely abused as a consumer. How can we get started and organize this. I am furious.
