I am not sure why my last post was removed, but accountol.com sold me 2 accounts, both ended up being banned. They refuse to respond, and say they are American but don't even know who the california governor is or what day is independence day.

The whois says they are chinese, I need help on what to do. Plz advise smb!

Well I wish I saw this before I ordered because I had the same exact issue with them. Purchased an account, took several days to deliver it, 2 weeks later banned. When I contacted blizzard, they said a Chinese IP was on the account, and they perma ban them all. I went into chat, they said no speak English and disconnected on me. I filed a charge back on them, and hopefully I get my money back shortly.

Sounds like it's a bad idea to buy accounts from these guys since they're obviously chinese. I'm not sure why it wasn't immediately noticeable with their bad english on the website. I sold my account to them, and after a rather annoying 3 hour wait for a payment, they eventually did pay me the money they promised on the day they promised.

Btw I hope it's obvious that the user above me is employed by the very website we are complaining about.

This is my transcript from dealing with top-account.com which is one of their alias'. This company is moronic and does not adhere to their quotes and do not live in the US. Their owner's name is Su Bin, so I asked to speak with Su Bin. Oddly enough, "he doesnt here atm"... lol. Anywho, my company sales accounts to them, but i'm fet up with it. Their quotes are never correct and because of this I have lost several hundred dollars over the past week or so. If I, as a seller, do not want to deal with them... I know that no regular customer would. They give you the run around and try their hardest to translate your text. I said something perverted right in the middle to see what they would do. I expected them to end the conversation right at that moment, however they did not. In fact they continued wanting to purchase my well geared 70 warlock worth $200 for a mere $120... different from their quote of $151. Just don't do business with them... very scandalous!

This company is without a doubt a fraud. They offered me a quote of $175.00 for my WOW account and promised payment in 24 hours. After completeing the deal I am still waiting for my money. They will not respond to live chat--answer their phone--or respond to e-mails. I have had to change all my WOW information so they cannot sell it without paying for it. I honestly believe they do business--steal accounts --sell them and then they get banned when the real owners complain to WOW or whatever site is at stake. DO NOT do business with this company by any means.

If you want to buy from china, buy a product that is tangible and is "Made in China". That is as far as you should go from buying a product made from china.

If you want a US company, go to mogs.com, gamewar.com or gamepal.com. These are US companies that I have had no problems with, and have been around for a while. Pretty much everyone else is based in china.
