I have found the tutor through the company www.123spanishtutor.com. The prices were affordable and it was easy to communicate with the tutor. But my tutor disappeared somewhere for 3 weeks and no one knew where he was. But I needed to pay for these two weeks and it was very dishonest. I asked to find another tutor, but the staff refused and told to wait this guy. After 2 lessons I have cancelled the services.

I'm the Managing Director for 123 Spanish Tutor and this is definitely a fake review as we do not charge for weeks, but for lessons taken from our packages.
In the event that a tutor is sick the day that the lesson was scheduled, which is rare but can happen as in any other business, the lesson will be cancelled and added back to the package so our students can book again at another convenient time.
Actually in cases like this or when there was any technical issues, etc. we usually provide our students with discount codes to compensate on top of that.
