keep charging cc after I requested cancellation from program

I had requested by email on 4/9/08 to be cancelled from the membership program. I followed the instructions given. I noticed on my credit card statement that I received today that I have been charged an additional two times. The company states there is a 24hr Customer Service number, but when I call the number it is closed and a recording tells me to visit the website. No contact can be made to a live person.
