I have called and requested no further shipments and no more withdrawals fro my account, this is the third month that that keep doing this, also they put me with another exercise program and that is an additional monthly charge.

The same thing happened to me I was charged the original fee then for there living lean program which is $20.00 a month pluss $ 29.95 a month for the tea; every month regarless if you want it or not. I would not recommend buying into this. It does give you energy thats for sure. But not woth the money in my opinion.

I was scamed also.I requested the free trial of the tea and cancelled it the day after i recieved the package.But they are still charging me $29.95 a month and I have emailed markcustomersuopport@gmail.com and that is a dead end.Now I am on the phone every day and I have my tracking number where this all has been sent back and still struggling.The tea never did anything for me and I drinked it twice a day.All of these weight loss programs are a scam.Go to your doctor for help but not weight loss by internet.

I was quicksanded by the sub companies too. Be careful when ordering as the websites are DESIGNED to tumble the screens if you UNCHECK boxes to eliminate your name from additional mail, etc. And if you are enticed by the Wu-Yi FREE SAMPLE - just forget it. You have been warned! You will get quicksanded and have to deal for MONTHS with the credit card company and the sub companies offering health programs. When you call to cancel they are like sales automotons and flip right to the pitch, even asking for supervisor or managers brings the same result. Eventually you can cancel, but be prepared to invest a lot of time doing it. The psychology is they can wear you down before you give up.

i just asked them the same question in an e-mail -"The psychology is they can wear you down before you give up."

i ordered tea, it was 'ok' but not for me. sent a package back...months ago - and still no refund. the agent i finally talked to asked me for my information at least 6 times if not more, then promised a refund within 3-5 days...two months ago!

today, i tried a live chat agent...oh my! "there must be technical problems with our admin screen, please e-mail..."

i did but i doubt that's going anywhere

i never agreed for your company to take funds out of my account i do not wish to recive your product and the funds better be put back in my account by 08/18/08 i will contact my bank and my lawyer!!! you misrepresent your company and your product!!! and charge me for something i never even recieved talk about fraud!!!

I agree with the above people that have written in regarding WU-yi Source. They immediately took out money from my account and I was on a free trial program. I called them to return the tea, and they said I could not because I didn't read the fine print. I had to pay for it. There was a grace period and I was within that time period. Then I received the second box of tea. I returned it. I called them again because they did not credit my account. They said I had to have a code number to return the tea. There was nothing that stated I needed a code before returning the tea. They still did not credit my first free trial box and now they have charged me for the second box. In September I received another box of tea from them, this is the third time. I have tried to call and the customer service never answers. All I get is a recording. This company needs to be put out of business because it is a BIG scam. Thank you -I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and report their actions. Hopefully this will protect others from going through what I and many others have gone through.

THIS WAS RETURN 11-03-08 AND THE PAYMENY CAN BE REFUND BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD WITH IN NO TIME INSTEAD OF MAILING A CHECK. I'M ASKING YOU TOO REFUND IT BY A REFUNDING IT BACK TO THE CARD . PLEASE SEND ME A REPLY OF THE STATUS AND IF THE PAYMENT PROCESS HAVE BEEN MADE.
