Was sent a one month trial. Then I received a three month supply which I was did not order. they have taken out of my account $4.95, $34.90, $29.95, $29.95. Then a company called livelean.net started taking money out in the amount of $19.95 twice. They are suppose to be an online support type program associated with WuYi Tea. I was told when I called that I was supposed to cancel within 30 days but they said they would refund me a one time courtesy refund of $19.95. I did not even know that this was going to happen. I was unaware of the fact that I was going to pay all this money for a tea. Very High price to pay for tea if you ask me especially if it doesnt work.

I have been charged 19.95 for several months for something I did not know I was ordering. I saw the charge on my august bill after traveling all summer and went to the website listed on my bill www.livelivelean.net, which does not exist. I have not rec'd any products or services for these charges. This is a fraud and suspect I am not the only person this has happened to so pls look into this company www.easyweightlosstea.com and affiliates, which are a rip-off.
Sincerely,
Lisa

I cancelled my trial today. I have to mail the packaging back to them with the RMA# onthe outside and a note inside giving reason for cancellation.
I contacted them via live chat.

So far I've been charged 4.95 for tea trial, and 4.95 for Insider Secrets to Weight Loss which is on a trial for 7 days.

The Weight loss E-book has a 28 day trial and then they charge 6.95 per month. There are 3 different numbers to cancel.

866-499-5567 ...Tea
866-363-0187...Insider Secrets to Weight Loss
800-989-5907...Comprehensive Weight Loss E-book

The tea has to be received at the company to avoid the 59.95 charge, but you still have 60 days to get full refund .

The coaching program is suppose to be free.
The 2 bonuses are nonrefundable.
My paper says Bonuses, shipping fees nonrefundable.

They gave me a cancellation# and a RMA#
I'm sending an empty box back hope they receive it by sept 8.( 14 days.)

I think its quicker to cancel by chat or e-mail because the hold time is long.

There is another number to cancel(24/7)

866-449-5567
I'll post my results after I see what they do.

I have been trying to cancel for 2 weeks. WU-YI has charged my credit card for $59.95 on 2 separate occasions. I have spoken firectly to Martha at WUYI and she said she would cancel the charges but so far nothing has been done and I have returned 2 boxes of tea. I tried calling 866 499-5567 and the recording says that number has been changed. The # that the recording gives me is a 800 information # . I am at my wits end. Any suggestions?

I agree with all everyone's comments. What aload of bullshit. I have been charged twice for everything and i am in the process of cancelling everything. This Wu-Yi Source should be banned from all websites.
