charged my account for this fun package and I explicitly told the girl 4 times i did not want it just the free tea sample with the $4.95 shipping charge. Pleae respond to this or I will take it to the police that I work with. I have until October to cancel but CANCEL IT NOW and refund me all of the money. Diana Conner

I contacted company more than 5 times, latest line is that they are closed due to heavy flooding in Chicago. I just filed complaints with BBB and FTC, this company is a total scam, DO NOT ORDER THE FREE TRIAL!!!

I was online, and purchased/ charged on my VISA, Sept 5/08 $6.25 US for the "free trial offer" and to date have NOT rec'd anything in the mail. Was called two days later to purchase a couple more little gimmicks at minimum costs. I just called 1-800-919-2846 (the phone number on my VISA bill) and was informed that ALL computers are down. I inquired when I could call back and was told this afternoon. I will be proceeding with this further.

I called again (@ 1-800-919-2846) not more then 15 minutes after typing my first entry (in fear that I just been had)! Well, I was put thru to a CSR right away and I was informed that my account was closed. I explained that I never rec'd the trial offer in the first place. She reversed the charges on my VISA (supposedly). Stay tuned...lol

I live in Canada, applied for the free trial.. never received. Sent an email after being on hold for over an hour, telling them I have NEVER received their product. Just checked my Visa and now I am charged the full amount. Rep at Visa said they have had MANY fraud charges from this company.

I also live in Canada, applied for the free trial and recievied 60 pack of the tea. But, then was shocked to find out they charge my visa $68.33, when they were only suppose to chage $6.85 for S & H...The Visa Rep told me the same thing, many fraud charges. The company gives a time limit for cancelling any future orders, then make it virtually impossible to do without incurring further charges which become ridiculously difficult to have refunded. Just like the others who feel less than their normal intelligent selves, I feel dooped and feel I should have known better. But, guess what? It's not us but the fact that someone out there is so despicably devious as to take undeserving advantage of people's faith in what they perceive to be an honest product offer.

I want my account closed, cancelled, shut off, dissolved, ended...whatever term it takes to make it clear that I do not want to continue to receive anything at all...zip, zilch, nada... in the future.

The appropriate attention to cancellation of my as well as the other accounts would be more appreciated than fathomable!!

I just received my package almost 1 month later from the time I ordered. I also asked for a metobolic stimulator too when ordering my free trial.

I called a week ago asking about my order and the rep said it was cancelled. I said what do you mean? You have charged me. She said there is a reocciring charge that is automatically charged and my bank cancelled it. I said what do you mean a monthly charge? News to me. She advised that it had been cancelled so not to worry.

I said, why is it taking almost a month to get my product? She said where in the States are you? She's like are you in ***** (I can't remember the American State), I said no, I am in Canada

She said, oh thats why its probably stuck at the boarder.

My order came through yesterday and it had Sept 22 as the date on the postage and it was on RUSH? I bet if I never called they would never have sent it. The package came and there are 0 directions as to how to use the product just tells me to add it to water. I thought it was a 30 days trail the girl on the phone said 14 day? So confused.

I too fell for this free trial. I ordered it on Sept 7th and was told I'd pay $7. for the shipping. I was also charged $67.00!!! Needless to say I didn't recieve the free trial and can't get them on the phone, message says mailbox is full!!! If anyone knows how I can get my $$ back please send me an email. WHAT A SCAM!!!

A word of advise for all of you who have been charged incorrectly on your credit card -- contact the number on the back of your credit card and dispute the charge.

You may be asked to do this in writing, but what will happen is the money will be credited back to your credit card account, and VISA or Matsercard (which ever card you have) will go after the company for their money.

Using a credit card you are insured against SCAMs like this, it just takes a bit of hassle; phone calls and a letter to the credit card company to get your money back.

I had to do this recently, when charged incorrectly while on holiday in Italy. Good luck everyone, but give up on the SCAM company and phone VISA/Mastercard - let them deal with it... these kind of issues are exactly why you use a credit card.

I just e-mail Mike Cox, he is Michigans Att. General. I told him that I want this Company expossed as a scam nationwide. I gave him a copy of this web-site so he can read for himself, your complaints.

All of you should do the same. complain to you Att. General of your state.

I also called my C.Card company to be on a look out for charges from this company.; and NOT to pay them one red dime.

They got me too!!! I paid for the $4.95 shipping fee, received the 30 day packet. Then I see two charges on my credit card for $69.87 each within 15 days of each charge and I have not received anything...If someone has a phone number for this company, please forward it to me!! I've disputed the charges with my credit card.

I ordered the free sample got charged $6.35 and never received my sample. I was just checking my MC card on the net and see that there is a charge for $58.95 US which I did not order or even talk to anyone about. I will be contacting them and complaining.

I contacted the 800 number and told them my problem about being charged for something I didn't authorise. She was very nice and removed the charges from my account and then CLOSED it. Make sure you tell them to CLOSE the account. It took about 7 days to see it removed from my visa statement.

I received one free trial of tea and agreed to pay the shipping. After three weeks I received another can of tea without asking for it - then I see I've been billed twice at 69.95 by this company on my credit card! I went online and tried to talk with one of their "operators"- it was a ridiculous discussion and I got nowhere. I tried calling the 800 number and they said they were closed. I just changed my credit card number and entered a dispute for those items. That's the only recourse, I believe. What a scam!!!
