Wu Yi Source is a RIP OFF - do not go anywhere near them!
Staying Fat forever is better than these scammers ripping you off.
I went for the trial - which arrived the day after the trail period when I could cancel - they continued to take two unauthorised full payments until I cancelled and even then I was still seeing unidentifiable small amounts coming out - My bank's fraud dept told me to cancel the card as if it was stolen.
I asked Wu-Yi SOurce to send me confirmation that they had destroyed my credit card details and had not handed my cc details on to anyone else. (STILL WAITING)
Another thing - I use stock photography in my job and noticed that their 'team" at the bottom of this page under About Us http://www.wu-yisource.com/ is the same crowd as this stock photo here... http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-8514241-business-team-in-an-office-with-a-businesswoman-leading.html
Look who has added their head!
Before you even consider a cup of second rate tea will work RUN! The only weight you will lose from this tea is from your pockets.
Even if you Google WuYi Tea Scam there is a paid add at the top supposedly by a woman who was scammed by other wu yi suppliers and then found the Wu Yi Source worked and was wonderful - So they are even spending Google Ad money for reputation management using SCAM as the keyword.
Start walking every day, drop the sugar carbs all for FREE!
I hope they get caught real soon - where are the laws that govern these scams?

I ordered a SAMPLE of Wu-Yi Source Tea, no one mentioned that when I did I was joining anything! Surprise last month when I got my credit card there were 2 charges that I had no idea for what but they were small and for some reason I let them slide, well lo and behold this month those 2 same charges. I cancelled and returned the Wu-Yi Product and recieved my refund and NOW I expect the same from your company. I did not authorize anyone to charge on my credit card and there was NO mention of this so called membership. I expect a refund in the amount of $19.90 and NO farther charges on my credit card. Yor time and consideration is expected and appreciated.

I returned the product within the 14 day trial period and was assured, in writing, my credit card would not be charged $59.95. I had enclosed the letter, highlighted their terms of the agreement and hand wrote instructions to not charge my credit card. One week later the charges were processed. I called the company and explained the situation, a credit was generated. Waiting to see if the credit goes through and if additional charges are processed next month. I do not have a good feeling about this company.

hi, I have succesfully got all my money back from both wuyi and living lean.Every bank and credit card company has a section for internet fraud.Contact them, have copies of statements invoices and anything else.My bank put me in touch with their internet fraud person who after looking at it went into their accounts via the number on your statment before the amount taken and was able to RECLAIM all the funds taken from my account. It also helps to take some print outs and names of the websites that have all the complaints about the company on.This company has operated beore under a different name and was stopped from trading.Living Lean is a piggyback company and just another avenue to take money.I wish you all success, get on the phone now or go to your bank, be firm they have special departments for this and should help you.If not make a fuss, write to the manager etc.Regards pat (united Kingdom)

I bought in December 2007 on line Wuyi Tea. After 3 weeks, and did not lose weight I phone the company to not charged my credit card anymore and stop sending me the tea. The women said no problem. I did not receive anymore tea but they still take from my account $19.95 They are ripping me off.

It appears that many people have been SCAMMED by this company, who runs it's phony business with telephone numbers & online help only. I ordered WuYi tea for a month and I returned the remaining tea. I then canceled my subscription/membership. Then one month later, a $19.95 charge appears under IW Living Lean Las Vegas NV, which linked to WuYi tea, through Google search engine. I never authorized this charge, nor give out my account to another company. It is unethical and just a complete 100% rip off[SCAM] from the customer. It is unacceptable for the customers who work hard to make money or to survive day by day where as WuYi & Living Lean can make money easily from hard working people. I would suggest to take strong legal action against to this company from all the complaint customers.

I purchased some diet tea a few months ago online. Now I'm being charged on my credit card for $19.95 for something called 'Living Lean'. Turns out this is a website for helping people lose weight. I was told that it was mentioned as a 'bonus' offer when I bought the tea but I never heard of it. And it's not really an 'offer'. They automatically sign you up for it and start charging right away. I noticed the first couple of months but thought it was for another legitimate company. Finally I realized that it wasn't and called them. They canceled my "account" which I didn't even know I had and agreed to refund this month's charge. They won't go back to the beginning because I didn't cancel within their trial period which ended before I even got my shipment of tea. Oh, and by the way, the tea doesn't work. Big surprise! So... buyer beware of this company!

on april 2 2008 i cancelled this product by phone and received
a confirmation number. then today 5/8/08 i checked my
bank account i saw that, they deducted a payment for this
product that i had cancelled for this product that does'nt even work. WTF... I WAS THINKING! So i want them to reimburse
me for what i had already cancelled 30 days ago.
MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IS DON'T ORDER THIS ###! IT'S
A WASTE AND A SCAM.

I did a show in December 2010. I made it clear that I would only do a 10 day show, not any short shows as we had other offers for short work. Chris Dirobbio (employee) hired me. I had a team in place and off we go. the product shows up just a few hours before starting. Inventory sheets were a total inaccurate mess. We start on Thursd with nothing but problems but sold quite a bit of product. On Sunday " 2 pm I get a call from Dirobbio that OOPS it was actually a short show and we had to pack it all up and leave by 6pm. Also they changed locations (Costco & Sams )of where the show would be done 4 times the week before. Dirobbio lied over and over about location issues (all in writing), he even stated the reason why the show was moved was they had an agreement they couldnt do a Costco show within 20 miles of a Sams..LIE ...come to find out they had a show booked at the other Sams the same weekend. BUT on the Frid of the show I get a phone call from yet another Fudgie Wudgie sales manager asking if I was interested in doing the EXACT SHOW I was working. When I told him where I was and was actually working that show, he had no idea what to say...DiRobbio stated they had so many shows that their systems were behind on scheduling.

Then comes payday. I call Dirobbio, he stated (in writing) that he was a sles manager and not responsible for payroll (sounds like he is more likely IRresponsible ). i called Chris Warman, the woman responsible for cutting checks and their controller for 45 days..NOT A SINGLE RETURN CALL. BUT I did get a nice threat from Dirobbio stating he took my written assessment of him seriously.

So many people started posted thru merchant circle and other places about these problems from folks all over the country NOT being paid. Amazingly thats when FW started coming to life, they were able to remove several written posts and even had fake people start blaming it on Contractors not paying their employees.FW doesnt pay their contractors, the contractors find it hard to pay their people who help.FW had fake people stating they knew for a fact these issues erent true, but the posts kept coming more and more everyday

I filed a formal complaint with the PA attorney Generals office and my states Attorney generals office. Also contacted (with others) the local newspaper in Pittsburgh and TV stations. First let me tell you that if you were hired by FW they are who you have to go after, if it was a contractor working for FW then its the contractor you have to go after, then they go after FW...BUT federal Law states that if an employer deliberately refuses to pay you (contact your local US dept of Labor office) you will receive DOUBLE as a penalty and of course you should also receive court costs and legal fees..

If 1 person compalins to the state atty general (also file in the state you worked), they simply look at it as a nuisance..BUT if enough people will start filing complaints, it could be considered fraud. And lets remember folks FW uses the internet to hire people over state lines. Contact every news org you can and your and PA state atty generals office and keep on it. Document EVERYTHING. It worked for me, all of a sudden I get a call from Warman with a new set of LIES and I am told payment would go out the next day. I get rude responses from their HR woman saying we paid you. BUT they have no problem playing games and telling lies to cover other lies. If enough of us complain the governemnet will have no choice but to do something. I know 1 woman that contacted her US senator and his office contacted the dept of labor and got her paid...do whatever you have to do (Legally) because that is the only way you will ever get paid.

Good luck...had I seen these warnings beforehand I would NEVER have worked for them.

Wanted to try there FREE TRIAL TEA. Did not know that they had pages of terms that scam you into
paying for monthly services. When I called them to complain of the charges they told me it was my
fault and that I should have read all those pages.

Not that they kept it hidden and confusing. They also didn't offer a FULL refund of the charges.
They could care less of what I thought.

I even told the operator that I couldn't believe she could be working for such a company that
was this deceitful. She told me she did not mind at all.

This is just like that old scam that would do with CD's and Books threw the mail years ago.
They just polished the deceit and now have made it easier and more profitable over the
internet.

I am angry and disappointed that such companies can get away with this tactic.

Let's not let them get away with it. They need to have consequences!

Warn all of your friends and neighbors - any thing to do with Wu-Yi Tea is probably a scam. Once they obtain your bank information they will begin to drain money in small amounts, hoping you won't notice. The debit is listed as "membership" so you don't associate it with the "free sample" of weight loss tea you recently ordered for $4.95 and ended up being debited for $49.95. I accuse the owners of this company of theft and challenge them to sue me for libel. Wu-Yi Tea is run by a bunch of crooks, and everyone associated with the company is tainted by its grossly dishonest, illegal and deceptive practices.

S. Terry Lee, J.D.
P.S. I'm serious; I double-dog dare them to sue me for libel.

I have been a member for years. Without any warning, the site was changed radically a couple of weeks ago, and now doesn't function in a way that is useful to me. I complained and was told I would receive a refund. I asked again today, as I did not get the refund and was told that they tried, but it wouldn't go through, and they provided me with a lame link that doesn't work either, and said I wouldn't get a refund, because what they offered in compensation was adequate. Ripoff.

I'm usually very cautious when buying online or what I'm buying .
Until I let my guard down when I saw this advertisement for Wu-yi Source Tea . I was wanting to loose 15 pounds and sense their site seemed honest and made it seem like I was getting a great deal on their product, before I knew it I was suckered into their scam .

When I went to view my bank account I noticed three Unauthorized charges with their name on all . These charges weren't a huge amount, one of them was for $ 9.95 . I wanted to cancel any memberships with them and be credit back .Each of the charges had different phone numbers and all of them agreed to cancel my membership with them and refund me back though I never signed up for their memberships . After this I had a change of heart with the Wu-yi Source Tea Company because of the Unauthorized charges .

I tried calling the Wu-yi Source Tea to find out their company moved and didn't give the forwarding number . After researching sites with this company over the internet I was able to track down a valid phone number . I also canceled with them and asked to be refunded . They told me I'd have to wait until I received my package and then return it and I'd be refunded when they received the returned package .

After a couple of phone calls and a month latter after I returned the package I was finally reimbursed for the $ 59.99 . As for the Unauthorized charges they never canceled my Unauthorized memberships they never reimbursed me for what they took out, one of the Unauthorized memberships continued taking $ 9.95 out of my account .

I had to call all of them back again to re cancel and remind them of my refunds. All of them said they refuse to refund me . I tried getting refunded back these charges through Wu-yi Source Tea but they claimed they aren't responsible, although on the transactions it has the name Wu-yi Source Tea .

I don't know if you'll loose weight with this company but I can tell you you'll loose plenty of money while they laugh their way to the bank and get away with it .

I have been charged 19.95 for some Living Lean thing I have never heard of! I didn't ask for this nor did I agree to pay for this. I agreed to try the wu-yi tea ONLY and agreed to the free trial and to pay for the shipment of this tea. And was also charged an additional 34.90. I called the# that was on the web site [protected] option 3 and was given NO help at all other than to go to this web site and make a complaint (teahelp@usa.com).

This is unacceptable to me. As a customer I feel that I was scammed and if this is how your business is run I DO NOT wish to have any further shipments or any further billing to my credit card. I will be getting a hold of the better business bureau if I do not hear from you get some sort of reimbursements for this.

I was one of those idiot independent contractors that agreed to work for Fudgie Wudgie over Valentine's Day. I did a road show for them over Christmas that went really well, I was also told I was one of their top producers. I made a great check and even though it arrived a little later than I expected, I still got paid in full. When the opportunity rolled around to work for them again in February, I cautiously accepted. I guess I wasn't cautious enough. I worked one show and my fiance worked another for them. We also hauled their product from one location to another, they provided a rental truck. It's been over 6 months since then and we still have not been paid a dime. I started out dealing with Molly Pepper, I think she has since left the company. Chris Warman provided me with his personal cell number after I had some communication issues with another employee named Chris DiRubbo. I've called Chris Warman every month and more recently every week to find out about getting paid. He has a different sob story each time I speak with him and I am fed up. He has now passed the burden on to Tim Grzegorczyk from the accounting department. I left him a message yesterday morning and have heard nothing back so far.

Is anyone else in a similar situation? I know that Fudgie Wudgie is involved in multiple law suits (according to the story done back in July on Pittsburgh's Channel 4). Is anyone aware of a class action suit for temporary employees? I have called the news station to see if they are interested in a follow up story and to find out whether the folks on that segment have gotten paid since the story aired. I'd love to get in touch with anyone else who has been screwed by Chris Warman and his shady business practices.

I ordered a free trial of their tea with the promise of being charged only for shipping; however, less than a month later, I noticed 2 $70 charges on my account from them. I NEVER authorized this. Who on earch would need that much tea? Half a dozen frustratingly unanswered calls later as well as 3 messages left on their customer service answering machine, I called my credit card company and disputed the charges. I have been credited for the 2 unauthorized charges and will continue to dispute any future charges by these crooks. Apparently, credit card companies can't block merchants, so I have to monitor my account very closely if I can't get them to stop. My cc company will now pull the money out of DRI's account which will certainly motivate them to call! What a terrible company! This company claims their tea is endorsed by Rachel Rae and Oprah. I plan on promptly writing letters to both woman to make them aware that their name is being used to promote a product sole by CROOKS. Anyone smell a class action lawsuit coupled w/defamation of character for Oprah and Rachel Rae? Oh, and I have been told by a reliable source that this company is known for pulling scams like this. Kharma!

I purchased Wu Yi tea at trial price. I didnt realise was US dolalrs which nearly doubled the price. I noticed money kept coming out of my credit card when I contactd the company they told me it was for tips sent to emal on how to lose weight which I did not authorise. i askd them to cancel and money continued to be taken. I sent back the trial tea and was suppsed to be refunded and amount of $100US dollars. I have spoken to live chat and still have not received a refund. This is dated back to 28/10/08. I am very upset I paid $100 for tea even after posting the tea back to the US so now I have no money no tea.

Same issue as others: they billed me after 1 week despite promising a 2-week trial, continued to bill without shipping even though I canceled before the end of the trial period, blahblahblah. The address above is both the return address and the address for process service (delivery of subpoenas). I'm pulling them into small claims court here in Georgia (and have notified the Attorney General); it would be great if everyone who was scammed spent the $15 or so to make these stinkers defend small-claims actions in every state. Let's bankrupt the sleazeballs!

I worked a 10 day Road Show for Fudgie Wudgie in Dec.12- 24th 2010. I worked it by myself, knowing it was a commission based job, gave it 110%, and worked the extended CostCo Christmas hours, often amounting to 16 hours per day. I am sickened how dedicated I was & to be taken advantage of and not be paid by Chris Warman, owner. I was not employed by a 3rd party.

I have tried this product and the adds that they run are very deseptive. I say this add originally online, they charge you for multiple services that aren't mention in the adds and they are not done by the same company. They are an outsourced company. When I tried to call and state that I was returning unused product the sales person was rude degrating and unpleasant. I got fed up trying to talk to her and asked for a manager or superviser and she kept insisting that there was no one that she could transfer me to, that there was no one above her. I asked for the number of the parent company or owner of the company and she said that she did not have that information to give me. This leads me to believe that this company has no structure and has no one to report to for problems. How is that possible in this day in age. I want everyone to beware of this company and their midleading adds and hopefully I can help someone prevent this from happening to them.

I have been trying to cancel the order I made for the tea for five months. I cannot find a number to call and they will not return email requests. They are however, charging my credit card twice now. Once from a companty called Livelifelean ($19.95) and WuYi Tea ($29.95). I am not sure how to stop this company. I feel sick reading some of the other complaints. If anyone has a number that I can actually speak to someone from the company I would be very appreciative.

I canceled my order back in July, I have been billed for 19.95 each month since. I want the money put back into my account immediately. That will be 19.95 for July, 19.95 for August, 19.95 for September, and 19.95 for October. I want it put back in my account by the end of the week of 10th. If it is not back into the account by the 10th of October I will be contacting a lawyer. I spoke to someone in July, and she assured me that there would be no more withdrawals. Therefore you have been stealing my money. When you live on Social Security you need every penny you have. You have 1 week to get this taken care of. I also want a letter letting me know that you have received this.

I was hired by Rob Solomon in Dec 2010 to work for FW at Fry's Electronics in AZ. I worked 2 weekends at one store and was paid commission only. I was hired for hourly+commission. I worked 2 weeks at another store and was not paid at all. I contacted FW several times in the following months-by email and telephone. I was told by Molly Pepper on Jan 28 that I was owed over $1500.00 and would be paid in two weeks. On Feb 22 she said she hoped to be getting a check out to me 'this week'. In a later phone call she stated that they would be 'in meetings this week to figure out how to pay everyone'. After that, my calls were transfered to a voice mail box and never returned. I still have not been paid.

Bought Wu-Yi tea-
Returned for advertised full refund
My bank account is not being charged for $9.95, $4.95 two or three times a month for subsciptions to services and sites I never subscribed to AND NEVER gave my banking information to.

These are fraudulent charges and will be blocked from my account, but I also want to complain for the invasion of my personal banking information being shared with unknown entities from a website which advertised as being locked and secure.

Yiwu Yamiaim shipped 350 pieces of defective, non-working crystal covered retractable leashes and matching pooh bag holders.
They also pulled a bait and switch with the products. Their invoice included a picture of the product we were to receive and was not what was sent.
We have been doing business with Alibaba suppliers for over 5 years. We have previously purchased the exact retractable leash pictured on their site. It is the best retractable leash on the market, so we did not ask for a sample before placing the order. OUR BAD.
None of the products had any type of protective packaging so crystals were falling off of everything!
There was not ONE SINGLE retractable mechanism that worked. NOT ONE.
When they were contacted regarding this situation they stopped all communication.
Sadly, we were also in the process of working on a First to Market product with them also.
So they literally gave up thousands and thousands of dollars that would have been made from the first to market product over $1680.!
We filed a complaint with Alibaba which they agreed was legitimate, made us supply TONS of documentation (which we had) but did not make Yiwi Yamiaim honor their written promise to correct the problems or black mark them.
Plus, Yiwu Yamiaim lied directly to the Alibaba Complaint Department TWICE, in writting which we were able to provide documentaion that proved they were lying and still did nothing against them.
The Alibaba suppliers know how to play the game with Alibaba when complaints are made against them, so they get away with whatever they want.
Yiwu Yamiaim refunded almost half of the money only.
We ended up with:
No new products to feature at the National pet Trade Industry Show,
Paid for an additional new product showcase at the show with nothing to show!
And the loss of thousands of dollars in sales.

Mark my words our first to market product will appear on their company site also!
