Continue to get billed on credit card every month for tea after I talked to a rep from the company to cancel my order. She said I no longer would be charged or sent anymore tea. It's all been a scam!!! We continue to get charged on credit and what the heck is living lean in Las Vegas!? I have never received anything in regards to this. I'm sick of all this grief and inconvienence. Please help!!!

I just reviewed my credit card bill and was charged over $75.00 for things I did not order! I agreed to a "FREE TRIAL" of the WU-YI tea which I plan on promptly cancelling just because of these bogus charges!!!

I am having the same problem with them. I've been on vacation and ordered their free trial in May and have been billed the past two months and don't know what to do to get these charges dropped. HELP
