Company offers free trial of tea for 4.95. Then after two weeks trial, they charge you 59.95 for the same box of tea you paid 4.95 saying that the trial period is over.

Something needs to be done.

They let you try the box and if you don't like it you return the box and you are only out the 10.00 I have worked with them. you do need to call and speak with them, if you are wondering if it works try it
