I also thought I was ordering the free trial offer but charges of product are appearing on my credit card.. I called the number on the credit card statement and told that I had to cancel in writing and directed me to tea help@usa.com where I cannot find where to go to cancel...I will just call my credit card to cancel ...there is also no information on the address of the company ...I hope this gets to you
