I received a free trial of wuyi tea back in Jan/ Feb of this year. It was agreed if i i did not want to continue with the product that i would pay 38 dollars for it which i did do. I canceled my subscription both by e-mail and by phone in March. There has been a payment of 20 dollars a month taken from my visa card since April. Need i say i am not in the least bit pleased about this. It was clearly very simple to cancel my subscription but not so easy to cancel the payment. I would appreciate it if a refund could be arranged for the amount taken which is €64.66 in total. The ref nos are:
