Tea company told me, I could try their tea for $4.95, and when I recieved the shipment, paper work said, they would send more future shipments. I immeaitely called them, and told them, after I try it, I will let them know if I want more in the future. They promised they wouldn't charge anything to my card. They charged $19.95 for some kind of living lean thing. Then, another $29.95 for something. I called them again. They immiately credited the living lean thing. Then, I asked why they didn't credit the $29.99 also, then they tell me, I have to mail the tea back to them to recieve credit. So I did. And never recieved it. I called them again after more than a month. They tried to give me a lot of trouble about tracking numbers, and told me I had to go to web site, and chat with someone to get credit. So I did. And, they wanted to know dates of me mailing the tea to them. I told them, I wasn't told to keep record of any dates, or tracking numbers. They finally sent me an email, saying they are crediting me for $29.95. I had to get real upset with every person I talked to, to get anything done, and put up with getting the run around.

I've had the same problems. I was under the impression that all I had to pay for the first month was the $4.95. Oh no they tell me. I sent an email to cancel on the 5th of July and hadn't even received the tea yet, next thing I know they charged $59.95 from my bank account. I called and talked with 2 different people with no luck. I explained how I felt this is a scam and I want the money put back into my account. They then tell me I have to send the tea back before I can get money back. I ask, what if I had already drank the tea and had nothing to send back, since I thought it was already paid for with the $4.95. Dead silence. There were many more words exchanged and I have sent the tea back (cost $10.42 to send back). I am very furious with this company and plan to tell everyone I know not to order this because they are crooks. I'm sure I'm not finished with them as of yet.

we both they same of this kind of problem, because i also recieve the 14 day trial period that i was pay $ 4.95, then after the end of a month they take the$ 29.95, and then another $ 29.95 on they same day that i never order it, but i keep going on because i know it work for me but nothing so i try to called this company to cancel it, and they say yes it is already cancelled so he said that i never recieve any TEA, but until now they are still taking my money from my visa card.
