They keep charging my card for stuff I don't want and have asked them to stop. I will ask my lawyer to give them a cal if they persist.

You do not need to pay for a lawyer. Call your credit card and cancel your card for about a month, and at the same time explain why you are doing it and have your institution do an investigation on this company and the business practices and or there lack of. That goes for all others whether you are in America and or outside of America, all banking institutions do not want to lose their valuable customers.
