I ordered Wu Yi Tea on 4/22/2008 days later I received it and I drank the tea for about 2 days and stopped drinking it because I was getting sick and it was making my tummy upset. I called about a week later and asked to have my account canceled and they told me that all I have to do is send the tea back and my account is already canceled, so I sent the tea back and today I found out that my account has been charged 3 times 2 times from WU YI and once from Living lean.

I received my trial order, paid the shipping charge and 2 weeks later paid for the product on my visa. One week later I received a 3 month supply, the 1st box had roughly 80 % of the bags open and loose tea scattered. I was unhappy with the product so I went on their website and cancelled future shipments. I decided to keep the last 2 boxes and accept the final 3 charges to my visa. One month after the final charge for the last box I noticed another payment went out to Wu Yi Source. I telephoned them and was on hold for 10 minutes so I emailed them to explain that they had made an error and received back a reply telling me I was committeed to another 3 month supply or I could return the product and forfeit the shipping fees. BUT: I did not receive the 2nd 3 month supply and when I tried to reply to the email it was returned to me as rejected by the recipient. I copied and pasted the body of the message and tried to send again with another subject line and that too was returned as rejected. What kind of protection do consumers have against this kind of dealings?

I ordered tea on a trial and tried it and it was horrible... I called to find out why I was charged for Lean Living and was told that when I accepted my free trial that I accepted this membership... I spoke to someone who said that my membership is cancelled and even sent me confirmation of this. We shall see if this is really the case. I have placed a stop payment order for future auto ships and drafts that they will place on my account.

I called a different number to cancel the tea membership but get a feeling that something was not right with that call. She refused to give me anything in writing, and claimed that I needed to send the trial tea back for a refund. I asked, a refund of what? I had only paid $4.95 for shipping. I cancelled within 14 days of my initial order. I am betting they try to charge my account again. I am so sick of scam artists like this stealing money from people all over the world!

Oh my goodness, I wish I had sent this blog site before I signed up to this ridiculous scam as well!! Advertised as a "no risk free trial" - I had my suspicions but stupidly thought it would be OK. Was alerted when I saw the first of the unathorised charges and I dread to think how many more there will be. AND I still haven't received the freaking tea and I am definitely going to the effort of sending it back as they want to charge me $59.95 if I dont!
How can we shut this unethical site down??? They prey on peoples insecurities about weight loss.
