living lean in las vegas is taken out 19.95 out of my debit without permission. All because I ordered wu-yi source tea . Wu-yi knows because when I called to ask why 19.95 is taken out of my account they said its their affiliate. They have lost my business and anyone I run into will know Wu-Yi Source sucks

Suzanne, I hope you're not stopping here. You need to continue to pursue cancellation until you see refunds on your card or bank statements. You will continue to get tea and be enrolled in Living Large unless you receive confirmation of cancellation.

Phone calls don't really work. You must go to the Wu Yi website - http://www.wu-yisource.com/indexD.php
Then click on the blue LIVE CHAT button. You will have to explain your situation thoroughly to the operator. Stick to your points, for example, that you only wanted the initial free trial, that you've been trying to cancel without success, that you want to return the product, that you want and demand a full refund as promised in their IRON CLAD 60-day money back guarantee. You will be asked to send the unused tea back with tracking/delivery confirmation. Follow the instructions and watch your credit card or bank statements carefully. I did and received a refund.

Then you must ask the operator how to cancel the Living Large charges of $19.95 a month that you have been charged with authorization. Tell them that you never even knew you were enrolled and that the charges have been made without your knowledge or approval. WuYi will give you a number to call. Tell the operator to keep the live chat open and call the number. When you are connected, ask to speak to a supervisor. Demand a refund of all charges and cancellation of your membership. Make sure they know that the terms were not clearly disclosed, that you never knew about Living Large, that you never agreed to be a member, etc. Stick to your guns and don't take no for an answer. Don't hang up until you get what you want. Make sure you get a confirmation number from them and again, watch your credit card statement. If it was through your bank, go to the bank and tell them to block charges. You might have to cancel your credit card and get new one. If you don't get a compete refund from LL go back to the chat operator and demand that they complete the refund since the bogus charges originated from an order with them and without your consent. When I did that Wu-Yi said they would call LL on my behalf and get the rest of the refund to me. As if I don't know their the same company!
It's very complicated and almost impossible, but if you are determined and stick to it you can get a refund. Good luck.

wu-yi source is a rip off, they have taken money off my debit card with out my permission. i went to a chineese supermarket and found oolong tea which is from mt. wu-yi the same tea that your paying a lot of money for cost only $2.98 and it is some of the best you can buy, it really works, i lost 25 pounds in a month and a half. make sure the box has the words fujian on it, it will be authentic, and remember to walk or to exercise at least twice a week, even if it's for an half an hour. try eating the lean cuisene dinners at night before 8:00, and a bowl of cheerios for breakfast with a sugar substitute, prefferbly splenda. and for lunch fat free turkey breast on wheat bread, whatch your grams of fat i'm telling you i have lost a wopping 50 pounds so far, but you must WALK AND OR EXERCISE, take a cool walk around the block, if you get hungry after 8:00 pm, eat a piece of fruit or some fat free archway cookies there great. this can be accomplished people if you put a little effort into it. there is no miracle diet pill out there belive me a little effort goes a long way.

I had the 'Wu-Yi source tea' and cancelled well within the time limit. I noticed last month a charge of $19.95 and the same amount again today when I got my credit card. How can I stop this charge?

I was stupid enough to fall for the hype. They charged my card even though I sent a cancellation letter in writing, certified and had a copy of the delivery receipt. Then I find they authorized an outside company to charge my account for something I did not ask for or want. I have asked the bank to cancel my card to avoid any other charges. I am so angry, but don't know who to file a compalint with. The are very clever. They do not use the U.S Postal service. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
