This company charged my credit card without authorization. I canceled my subscription and then about a month later, I got an email saying thank you for your order. I made no such order. On the order, there were 2 other companies that were also going to be charging me for services.

These complaints have been so many on this company, can nothing be done?

I, too, was foolish enought to get caught in this web. When I called to get instructions on returning the tea (for which there was supposed to be no charge) I was given instructions to get a receipt and tracking number. I returned everything, but there was still a $69 charge and another for membership as well as an internet charge. I have put a stop payment on my credit card and hope to get these charges reversed. If anyone in interested this is a phone number that I used to reach them:1-866-449-5567. You may also try 1-877-417-4141.

I purchased the wu-yi tea, and very soon after charges from a CW-MEMBERSHIP (weihgt loss program) transactions started appearing on my bank account, I only wanted the tea I never authorized this membership program, and the worst part of all is the phone number they provide to cancel (800 98-5907) it's only for that purpose "to cancel", there are no refunds for any past charges! these people are stealing from us and there is really nothing we can do, I called my bank they couldn't help me, I cancelled my card but I will not get my $9.95 (x3) back, those thieves get to keep it! I'm only glad that I caught this on time I lost $30, but if you think about it... imagine how much money these people are making by doing this, God knows how many of us are out there!! they're making millions by stealing right in front of our faces!!! and I ask myself: Is this legal? What can we do? I never had any problems shopping via internet before, this is really upseting, I hope something gets done soon!!
