I have tea coming out my ears and despite calls and emails to the Company I am still being billed. Returned last shipment back to them and still got billed! There is no way to cancel these people short of a shotgun used up close. Their telephone number will get you a very, very long recording that attempts to get you to send emails or go to their web site for help. I was never able to get a real live person on the phone to discuss the issues. Do NOT ever START with them! If you do you will be real sorry for that mistake.
PS The tea stains my wife's teeth badly!
