Last mo I ordered a Wu-Yi tea for free trial. But for free trial i had to pay $ 29.95. It said that I have 14 days to cancel, and 90 days for money back guaranteed if no satisfied. I wrote a message to cancel in 30 days, the did not respond. I called on June 19 to check if they got my message and find out that I was charged 3 more times for the new shipments for$29.95 on June 6th, 08, then $19.95 0n June 16th, 08, and then @34.90 on June 17, 08! They keep charging my account every 3 days!

I noticed that the company have 2 names : Wu-Yu source and Livinglean. They promise to returned my money back if I refuse the packages that where sent on June 16. I called to UPS asking to not deliver the package so far to Lithuania, but they asked for a tracking Nr. I did not get a new tracking Nr from the Wu-Yi company, so was speaking to life person an the sight and requested the tracking Nr. The person wrote me that the tracking nr will be sent in a few min. to my email account, but I never received it. after a few hours I wrote to other life person with the same request, but she said that tey do not have a tracking nr yet!!?? 3 days later after sending the package to me? She said to call back in 2-3 business days. By that time it will be too late, because the package will be left by my door!

I think this company is not very honest, doing only that the best in there interest. Never informed that the other shipments will be sent so often. The tea did not work for me! I did not lose any lb! Even gained a few pounds. I will be complaining to BBB if they do not refund me in full which is $ 114.75.
