A month ago i canceled my subscription from wu-yi tea, I did not received any answer, and I am still receiving the product, and they are still taking the money out of my bank account.

tell your bank to immediately stop the auto payments to them and to living large. then you must get on the website and click on live chat to cancel your order. you will need to send the product back to them. follow their instructions and you should get a refund after they receive the tea back. i did and got a refund.

you then need to ask the wu yi chat operator for the living lean phone number so you can cancel that membership for which you are being charged 19.95 a month and which you did not know about. them the wu-yi operator that you will be asking for a refund. call the number and demand a full refund making sure they know the terms were unclear and not disclosed properly. insist that they or wu-yi send a refund. i did this and got refunded.

get refund confirmation numbers and print out your chat transcripts. also keep a close eye on your bank account statements to make sure the charges are refunded and stopped. good luck.

im in australia and getting ripped off by these people. can someone supply email add. so i can contact iw/living lean and wuy-wuyisource. thank you.
