I received the tea with a shipping charge to my VISA card. I tried the stuff and thought it was horrible so, I decided to return it within the free trial period. I called the 800 number and was told to return the unused portion and there would be no further charges. We'll it cost about the same price to send it back as it did to have it shipped. I figured everything was taken care of. Life's good!

In about 3 weeks I get a charge of $19.95 on my VISA card from Living Lean in Las Vegas, Nevada. I had to research where this was coming from and found it affiliated to WI YU Source. I was never sent anything for this $19.95. Do they feel that since you gave them your CC information that they can just rip you off as they like? I feel this is CC fraud and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Luckily I check my VISA account through my credit union daily. I contacted my bank as soon as I saw the charge and they said I had to fill out a dispute form along with the returned shipping receipt, which I luckily saved. VISA has since returned me my $19.95 and will go after the company, I guess?

I've had my VISA card number changed so I can't be ripped off again. These guys are pirates floating in cyper CC space. Watch out!!!
