Unauthorized billing!
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 2 votes
I took an offer of free tea to trial. It cost me for delivery so I gave them my Visa card number. I then got charged for the tea as it took more than 2 weeks to get through customs. I paid for the tea, and canceled my subscription and auto delivery. I am now being charged on a monthly basis by a company called Living Lean for a subscription that I don't get anything for. I have put it in the hands of the FRAUD SQUAD in Australia and expect action to be taken against this company within the next 21 days.

I also ordered a trial of the tea and decided to cancell as it was not working... next thing I know I have an unauthorized transaction on my checking account for a subscribtion of $19.95 from a company called IW Living Lean that I never authorized... I contacted my bank immedately and I am disputing the charges. This is an outrageous act. I am also cancelling my debit card.

Like so many others, I paid for a trial of tea (6.95) and canceled any further orders only to have my card charged for more tea (29.95) and some program for (19.95). I did call and speak with a woman who tried to convince me that once you sign up for the tea, (which I did not other than the trial), you become a member in this program called Living Lean. In order to stop any further payments I've had to change my card and write a dispute to my card company and they will try to get a refund for me. Tring to contact the company direct is useless and then a new message says the cancellation must be in writing. Ridiculous.
